Our room was absolutely beautiful, very tastefully decorated & a good size. The view was amazing over the surrounding mountains. The bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom! Breakfast was delicious & we were able to eat outside enjoying the fabulous views. Lovely friendly staff who were all very helpful.

The hotel was situated just outside the village on quite a fast road &, due to the fact that there wasn’t a pavement along certain sections of road between the hotel and the village, we decided it was safer to drive the relatively short distance to the village to a restaurant in the evenings. In the height of the season, July & August, this wouldn’t be a problem as the evenings are lighter for much longer.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and in a stunning setting with magnificent, unspoilt views of the mountains. The terrace where breakfast is served is outstanding and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh and relatively good value. The restaurant in Venaco was excellent.

There was not enough furniture/ surfaces in the room despite it being large so we felt that we didn't have enough space for putting our items down. No facilities in the room for making tea or coffee or even any glasses for drinks. Given that the only meal the hotel provides is breakfast I think that fridges should be provided in the room to keep refreshments and food. The mattress was very soft.

Wow, what views! The hotel is stunningly clean and tranquil, with spacious, comfortable beds and lovely views. Breakfast on the terrace was superb—homemade jams and local produce made it extra special. We even spotted a wild boar foraging nearby, adding to the charm. A short 10-minute walk took us to the only restaurant in the village, which was very good. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

A beautiful B&B built into the side of the mountain in central Corsica. Comfy beds with beautiful decor and a fantastic view, particularly from the breakfast terrace.

The parking is tricky, especially if arriving back after a meal in the evening. Ended up parking about 500m walk into town at the side of the road… spaces are limited due to cliffside roads!

The room was very comfortable and had a lovely view over the valley below, as did the terrace where we enjoyed a nice breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging dinner for us at the main village restaurant, which serves excellent Corsican style food. It was a very good base for exploring the mountainous region south of Corte.

The walk into the village from the hotel is a little bit hazardous along the main road, so it would have been helpful for the way through the back lanes to be highlighted, as this was much nicer when we worked it out.

Beautifully decorated room with amazing views. Dolls and toys for kids. Very clean. Quiet rooms despite the location by the road. Friendly staff. Well kept property overall.

It would be nice to have readily diced fruits for breakfast instead of unpeeled ones. Common library is very nice and could be even better if there were candles or woods in the fireplace instead of a stack of books. Also, self-service coffee station and/or an honesty bar at the library would be great.

Contiguous with the outdoor mountainous area that is ideal for outdoor adventures. And the train we used to arrive in Bastia rode literally through the property

Parking was a challenge, since coming and going was on a main thoroughfare that was adjacent to a bend where oncoming traffic is virtually invisible. Nor is the oncoming traffic expecting autos to come onto the road. Also, no decent restaurants nearby

Everything - especially the location/views

A short 15min walk to the town but not a problem really. As the main restaurant in the town is also owned by the same people, perhaps a discount on meals would be nice, for patrons of the hotel ?

Extremely helpful hotel personnel and very nice rooms. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Small issue but the bathroom was missing practicalities like a place to put your toiletries, tooth brush etc.

Quiet area, friendly staff and interesting decoration. Nice view on the outside terrasse but I would had more greenery!

Not enough parking. Noisy doors. Not enough sitting in common areas of the hotel.
