An amazing place up in the wilderness run by a past academic phd in economics. Clean cottages with cooking opportunities and well organized architectures of the small stone cottages. The owner spoke very good english. A peacefull place. A few hundred metres on a pathway you could walk with the dogs down to a small river and a mill. No local celebration of the French national day. A small local village - bar was open a few hours in the afternoon and a local old church was seen up in the street and a mall narrow roads. This is real Corsica. Highly recommended for those who are seeking peace outsidere the main stream.

Beautiful setting with cleverly designed chalets that make very creative use of space to include everything to make your stay comfortable. The high bed suspended from the ceiling was very comfy but also useful for storage underneath. Lovely breakfast being brought and served on your terrace is a special extra touch.

The wifi was not very good inside our chalet, we think because we were the furthest away from the main house.

We stayed in the smallest house of the four of Villa Praesidio just for one night. The house is really small and in my opinion a bit overpriced, but the breakfast was amazing. The location is lovely but I thought it was more surrounded by nature than what it actually is. Overall, it was a romantic spot for two days and one night💕

Quiet, super host, best breakfast ever, wonderful place just to be still.

Access was narrow, needed careful driving, many steps down, but owner thoughtfully carried our cases down however I'd recommend the villa as a great positive experience never to be forgotten.

Handy for Corte visits. A little gem, surrounded by mountains and quite unique! Super breakfast included in the price. Fridge and stovetop being available was a bonus.

Parking is a squeeze, but manageable.

Really stunning rooms in beautiful gardens. The rooms are very unique and beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. Wonderful breakfast. We loved it and wish we could stay longer!

Wonderfully built and kempt place quite high up in a lovely mountain village, perfect and kind service, clean and innovative. Plus the drive east of there, if you travel via Ghisoni, is absolutely spectacular! (Going up to 1300m through forests and valleys, winding road)

If I have to bring up a negative, I can only think of the fact that the village is quite remote. But that can be a good thing, as just around the corner there is also one village bar with super-local products and, again, kind people.

Very serene property with hiking trails nearby. The hosts are very kind and the breakfast is very good. Gives a very earthy feeling.

Very minor, I just missed a window for ventilation in the hut, however we slept with our door opened. All well.

Cute little houses at a nice, yet difficult accessible location. Comfortable bed. Airco. Good breakfast. Great tips for walks. Decent restaurants nearby.
