The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and offered a delicious home-cooked breakfast. We were taking a day trip to the Verdon Gorges and they even lent us a map to point out the wider roads for safer driving. The location was close to the town center making it very accessible (literally a <5 min. walk), and the room was spacious, clean & quiet. While there is no parking on-site, it's a quick walk around the corner to the free parking lot next to the tennis courts which has ample space and not over-crowded. My only advice is to keep an eye on market days as that was the only time our friends struggled to find a spot.

We had a lovely stay. The room was a good size, in a beautiful location with a small pool and a table and chairs outside. There is free parking in the village and you can walk to everything. The owners were so nice, they gave us great recommendations for a bar and a restaurant. The breakfast in the morning was also really good. Would recommend!! Thank you for a great stay :)

My stay at La maison du bonheur was fantastic! Catherine and Pascal are incredible hosts. The location is perfect, very close (3 minute walk) to downtown but removed enough from the town center to feel serene and peaceful. The breakfasts were delicious - homemade bread, apple tarts, homemade yogurt, granola, cheeses galore, sausage, prosciutto. Everything was a dream!

Catherine and Pascal were extremely lovely hosts, very caring and attentive to every detail. We truly felt at home. The room was perfectly clean, very comfortable and spacious. The house is only a few minutes walk to the centre of Cotignac, the bakery, and a short drive from other amazing parts of Provence. I highly recommend staying there!

La Maison du Bonheur completely exceeded our expectations. Our hosts Catherine and Pascal were so friendly and welcoming. The property is absolutely gorgeous, classically French and the thick stone walls meant our room was protected from the July heat (even without the AC turned on). There were a couple of seating areas for us to use and the pool was magnificent - a welcome relief from the heat. The breakfast was perfect: delicious croissants, homemade yoghurt, fruit, meats, cheeses, preserves, juice and coffee - all we wanted and more. The location is also perfect for exploring Cotignac; just a few minutes' walk from the village centre. I can't think of a single thing I would change, and I hope to visit again in the near future. Thank you for a truly perfect stay!

Difficult to find because the sign ‘La Maison du Bonheur’ outside the house had an arrow which seemed to point further up the road.

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the historic center. Breakfast was very good!

The wifi didn't work very well in our room.

The location was perfect and parking free and safe close by. The room was spacious and had all what we required.

I have nothing negative to say

lovely, clean and modern rooms in a very picturesque setting. Amazing views…. particularly from breakfast (which was also amazing!). Catherine and Pascal are very warm and welcoming, as a solo female traveller I was a little nervous but pascal and Catherine couldn’t have made me feel more looked after.

Catherine and Pascal were lovely and very helpful throughout my stay. There was great communication leading up to my stay and they were always on hand if needed.

I had a little trouble finding/logging on to the wifi but this wasn't a big deal for me.
