Staff was nice, room was nice large very hot bath. Spa was amazing, I have arthritis so with all the travelling the spa jets massage left me feeling amazing and I had no pains or aches after.

Room was really cold , I had to sleep in wholly socks and a big wholly cardigan along with pjs. I would of given 10/10 if room wasn’t so cold and spa temperature was a few degrees warmer and maybe some clearer signs for tourists, as it’s like a maze upstairs downstairs left right had no idea were I was going ended up in the men’s only saunas lol.

I love the "bien-etre" space. It is still our favourite staycation venue. Love the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff both hotel and spa. I love the idea of the welcome refreshments for the suite guests though the last time I went there, they forgot and I had to request.

Hammam smells of different human scents, if there's maybe a odor enhancing product to add to wherever it can be installed so it would smell clean, it'll be great. Also, if you can free more space to the the breakfast buffet so guests can move comfortably without banging elbows with other guests.

The view was fantastic, the food incredibly so and the shops Spa was just top notch

The hotel receptionist was adamant that the hotel needed extra money, 200 euros "on hold" or the tourist tax, which should have been included in the price. The shower decided it didn't like to only aim into the bath and soaked half the bathroom

Like this hotel, staff very helpful and it's a great location with great facilities.

It's a bit expense in terms of rapport qualite prix, the tv wasn't working this time and parking exceptionally was chaotic.

Every colleague was kind, thoughtful, welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were clean, tidy, well-equipped and a good size with plenty of storage. The hotel was ideally located for our needs.

The staff went over and above, i arrived late and the receptionist had stayed to greet me. I was late for breakfast and the staff made a breakfast tray, there was no parking place and the staff offered to help. Simply the best service i have received in years. Un grand merci à tous

Strangely elaborate routes to the bedrooms

The property is beautiful, clean and the amenities are fantastic! just what you need when you’ve had a busy day in Paris! This was our second visit.

Bedroom and very good quality mattress. Views to the lake.

Spa swimming pools water was too cold to be winter.
