The very late night check-in. We arrived long after reception had closed, but the self-check in was very easy. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds.

The overrated and overpriced breakfast. EUR 9.5 per person for a croissant and/or cereal. Something that resembled scrambled eggs and what we finally managed to identify as bacon, both kept on a not so hot hot plate No fresh fruit, cold meats etc

Typical chain hotel that is difficult to beat for price and facilites. Breakfast excellent for choice and freshness, and soundproofing good. Great parking. Sunny patio just outside breakfast area which was great for sitting reading until checking out.

Bit worried when we arrived as there was a gypsy traveller camp next door, but they seemed quiet and clean, and not at all like traveller camps the UK that leave piles of rubbish behind. It's a bit out of town, with no cycle lanes or bus stop.

For an overnight stopover it's perfect. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly and polite. Our room was great: clean, smelt fresh, new bathroom, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was much better than I expected with a good variety of continental breakfast and the added bonus of bacon and eggs. Good, secure parking.

As a budget hotel I was impressed, and have no complaints!

Great value budget hotel, self check in so didn't really see any staff. The room is small but that's to be expected for the price and had everything you needed for a comfortable night - clean bedding and a good shower. Breakfast was good and also had sufficient choice. Handy for travelling and lots of shops and restaurants close by. Evreux is a bit of a walk, approx 40 mins

Comfy beds, great set up for a stop over. We had family room and the two single beds were separate which is so much better with teenagers!

Breakfast was meant to be included, booking knew the ages of our group and we had prepaid, but we had to pay an extra €11. There had been a big school group so there was a short wait for breakfast items.

Easy to find. Great location and plenty of parking. Clean. Up to date. Warm. Comfortable. Had all that we needed for an overnight stay. Communication online was also great, and self booking in simple too.

Had a group of gypsies in caravans right next to the car park….so we’re a little concerned for the vehicle and contents (Xmas gifts etc) overnight! They were climbing through the hedges and fencing onto the hotel property and emptying waste from bags. Was a little intimidating in the dark with my son!

Great staff that were incredibly helpful. Great English so communication was effortless. Plenty of parking and close to a selection of places to eat. Very clean and tidy

The friendly welcome from Paulo and his son Thielo was super they were also kind helpful, courteous and full of fun. It’s an extremely comfortable value for money hotel and close to the motorway for travelling to and from Spain and there are restaurants and shops close by. The hotel is always clean and the all you can eat breakfast is again good value for money.

clean small room that was good for me travelling with 2 dogs. Good price and only €4 extra per dog. Plenty of space to walk them. Watch out for the rabbits in the surrounds if your dog is a chaser, there’s thousands of them😁.Secure parking which is locked at night but accessible with your room passcode. There’s a commercial park across the road with plenty of food outlets.

AC was weak. Coffee machine twice took money off my card but no coffee. spoke to reception in morning who said I’d be automatically reimbursed within 24 hrs. I wasn’t.

The hotel is situated close to our cycle route but could not offer indoor cycle storage. However we had stayed there last year and knew that the bikes would be safe. Hotel is close to a choice of restaurants, essential when travelling by bicycle.
