You were available late at night when I was late due to train delays from London, found me a towel and a phone connector that I was stuck with too, It was late and I really needed those things. Thank you. The facilities to eat and heat up food, shower, grab an affordable coffee and rest is peace is perfect, No noise really, The bus stop is right out side but people must be aware it's a once an hour bus back to giverny station at 33 minutes past the hour normally. Do check. I will be back for sure.

it’s location. lots of lovely restaurants around the location.

it’s not so much not like but this particular hotel hasn’t been refurbished like some of the other F1’s so looking a little tired. still clean though and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff was not numerous but very nice and friendly. The bathrooms and showers are shared with the floor but I did not find them to be dirty, and the showers worked fine with the exception of one morning when hot water was just not coming in. I do not understand why some comments marked the hotel as creepy or anything similar, it seemed fine to me and as described (of course it is not a luxury stay).

Make sure you bring your toiletries

Nice receptionist, very pleasant. Quiet hotel. Good value for money. Great location beside garage, beside an incredible greengrocers with a patisserie.

No towels in the bedroom.

Woman in charge was super super nice and helpful ! Always smiling, even at 3 o´clock in the night...when we had our keys forgotten.

For the price it was good. Nice there was a receptioniste. We could leave the motor near the entrance.

it is more quiet than i thought larger than my single need. the bus station i arrived at is closer than i thought.

my room is so humid ( i have a meter with me ) even though there is no bathroom inside. they have separate bathroom in the hallway, i suspect the ventilation get into the room. i leave the window open to get the humid out. the property front desk is not there , you need to call them. but they would come in few min. when i book i asked i would leave my suitcase after check out, and come back to pick up. they did not tell me there would be a fee, and no mention on website. I was charged $5 for that , it is free for me been to most places.

I only needed a bed for the night. Was better than sleeping under a bridge.

Breakfast buffet was very poor. Choice of bread was only slices of some sort of wonderbread and baguette. No cheese or breakfast meats, let alone eggs. F1 never has the best breakfast, but this was poor even for them. Not worth the €4,60.

The hotel is the typical F1 experience which I usually appreciate for its easy access and straight forward systems.

We visited the hotel on a very hot day - and night. It was nearly impossible to sleep as there is only air conditioning in the common areas and the room was unbearably hot. The common bathrooms were also not very clean and the hotel manager had to come and clean them with a hose several times during the day. The location was not easy to find and is on a parking lot of a hypermarket. There seems to be a number of long term guests in the hotel, who, in view of the high temperature in the rooms, were all staying on the lawn in front of the hotel until late at night.
