The Best Western Le Pont d’Or is located on the river near all the sites and still an easy walk to the train station. We had a balcony overlooking the lovely river where we watched ducks swim as the sun glistened off the water. Very romantic. This stunning hotel was the perfect place to rest at the end of our hike from Le Puy (GR65). It was very clean and comfortable. It was also easy to find. The staff were all very kind and graciously spoke English. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Good location, near the medieval old town, which was full of character and beautiful buildiings. Also had a good choice of restaurants and a tourist office. Hotel had some nearby parking. Good quiet air con. liked the black-out window roller shutter which kept out the noise and the light.

Very clean room, very comfortable bed and matrass, very good breakfast with hot and cold meals, they take care about allergies/intolerances (I am lactose intolerant and it was super easy to get a nice and sweet breakfast). Staff very kind and willing to satisfy any guest's need I will definitely come back to this hotel next time!

The room was too much small, but for just 1 night it was ok. No amenities both into the room and in the bathroom. The hair dryer is too small for long hair.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were great - polite, friendly, speak good English. The double bed was large and very comfortable. The dinner was tasty with some unusual choices and very attractively presented. Buffet breakfast was good. This is a comfortable easy stay for walkers right on GR 65.

The pool was closed (opens June) and the sauna costs 10 euros, which is a bit steep given the price of the room. The TV had no signal so none of the multiple channels were available to watch - you can screen view from your phone which worked for android but not for apple.

This was a reasonable place to stay just outside the old city center. There was free parking nearby, our room was comfortable, and -- because the restaurant below us was closed -- it was quiet. We did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment on its quality. We liked looking out on the river.

Not the fault of the hotel, but because it was Sunday, all of the nearby restaurants were closed. It would be nice if the hotel could provide travelers with information about dining options when they arrive on Sunday evenings.

The Dining area overlooking the river from their terrace was the best part of the hotel

My bill had had someone else's dinner bill added to mine. I think the hotel did not check the diner's room number when the guest ordered dinner. I think I know which guests did this. They were English and had used the Disabled Parking Bay (taking up two spaces) but had no Blue Badge. I told the Reception Staff about this, but I don't think they took any action.

Lovely setting right on the river. Great location to explore all that Figeac has to offer. Lovely room, great breakfast, and staff were very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay there again!

Pool was not in use as it was being serviced. We went in August and it was hot so was a bit disappointing. However, the rest of the hotel was really good so only a minor point... don't let it put you off.

Attractive hotel in a great location. Own car park but actually public car parking close. Riverside location with outdoor dining and breakfast terrace. Super rooftop pool. Lift. Good welcome and information. Clean and quiet bedroom. Figeac is a lovely and very interesting town!

They offered a comprehensive buffet breakfast but had no croisants. The mesl in the evning was pricey and somebody had used a knife used for onion on the fois gras. The wine was dear. The perenial problem in France of heavy smokers on the same eating area. Clean and adwquate bathroom but the in-bath shower was tricky. No second pillow in th wardrobe

Nice apartment room with own fridge and kitchen index (no washing machine) for those who prefer/need to cook on their own. The location is faultless, right at the entrance bridge to the small old quarter (when coming down from the train station), the staff is helpful and the room itself is cosy (it is not spacious though).

Wifi may cause trouble if you have any static DNS servers (like Google's) pre-set up on your laptop. Please ensure to use the (default) dynamic DNS assignment in the network configuration! :)

Absołutey everything. Cedric the host is beyond good . This is service as it should be . I have stayed all around the world from Premier inns , F1s , Relais and Chateau, Claridges London, George V Paris,Four Seasons. Etc etc Hats off to you Cedric, from a former Ivor Spencer Butler..
