Location was very handy. Parking was right outside apartment. Easy access to reception from clear email communicating codes and where to go. Receptionist explained everything clearly with excellent English. Beds were lovely and very clean and comfortable. Everything you need, apart from a kettle. Everything needed for washing dishes and for one dishwasher run was provided which was fab.

Swimming pool was very very cold and only open 10:30- 7:45pm so we only just made it in time to have a quick dip that evening but couldn't use it first thing in the morning before departing. No kettle (but just boiled water in a pan). Kitchen walls and under shelf in kitchen weren't clean. Some grouting between tiles in living areas had come away. Could do with a bit of a redec. Some of the blind mechanism boxes had broken. The oven could have done with a clean and because you have to clean the kitchen area and floors yourself when leaving, this is a job that is beyond the capability of guests.

Hotel was a nice place great value for money pool nice and clean no air con in the room was really the only downside it was. Crazy hot. Nice little stop over place while we drive through France on our way to Spain, parking is secure electric gated with keypad so only guests can get in. Overall great place for a stop over.

No air con on the room

It was a no frills stop over as we drove from north to south of France. Accommodation worked well for a family of 5, which is often a difficult number to accommodate in normal hotel accommodation. Addition of pool was very welcome for a quick dip after a long drive. Not a pool you'd sit by all day - but a great little bonus nonetheless. Parking within good distance of accommodation. Liked the fact that cars were kept away from accommodation. We grabbed breakfast from a local bakery - 3 mins away. Also very close to a couple of supermarkets which we restocked at for the rest of the journey, We went into Clermont for our evening meal. Lots of choices - we went to a great little streetside pizza restaurant 'Dadino Pizze' - highly recommend it!

Air conditioning would have been a big plus. In the the heat of June - August it was hard to keep the bedrooms cool.

Welcoming Staff and very helpful. Polite personnel. Green countryside away from all sorts of urban pollution. Ideal for offline detox

The kitchen was missing a water boiler machine

Convenient, clean and comfortable all at a good price.

Maybe a few euros more for providing essentials for late arrivals would be nice.

Great staff, easy location, great facilities. The apartment is well equipped with tv, Wi-Fi, kitchen, beds etc. clean and comfortable and a good location for stopping over or touring the area

Air con as it was extremely hot. There is a pool but for added comfort air conditioning during the summer months would be a valuable addition.

The little houses with each their own little garden in a green and spacious resort made us feel at home immediately! Perfect stop for a night or more, especially when travelling with pets. Very good price/quality value!

The sofa bed in the living room wasn't the most comfortable, and it would be nice to have a door on the upstairs bedroom.
