Lovely spacious room with a beautiful view. Large well equipped bathroom. Fairytale vibes in this hotel due to the architecture and decoration of the building. The hotel is located on the main square in the centre of the village, superb location. Very friendly staff at the reception. Very comfortable bed as well and the hammam was a nice plus!

The service at breakfast could have been better, I asked for soft boiled eggs (which was a suggestion at the breakfast bar) and it took either very long or they forgot to bring them at all. The waitress I asked for the eggs didn't even recognise me the second time she saw me... If sat on the terrace during breakfast no one would check if you needed anything. Little bit dissapointed about booking with breakfast included as we would probably not have gone twice if we hadn't paid up front. The heat in the room was also quite a challenge, no airconditioning in a rooftop room, opening the windows would let in fresh air but also a lot of noise, especially from 5 am onwards as they start collecting the bins in the town at that time.

We were not meant to visit Honfleur but I am so pleased we did and stayed here. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. What a beautiful building the hotel is. Pre-booked parking was essential and we were able to drop our bags off first before accessing it. The property is right in the heart of the square. The room was spacious, the bed large and incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was very big. Robes and slippers always welcomed.

As informed in the important information in the booking process, the room we stayed in was in a separate building. It meant a walk but we were assisted with our bags by the very helpful receptionist. This would not suit everyone. As I hadn’t seen this before hand (will always read all of this in future) and was a little surprised, we were offered a room change. However, I’m glad we didn’t as the quietness of the building was good and it was a few minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle. In the bathroom the robes were on the small side.

Executive rooms were in an annex out of the town centre and were quiet and peaceful.

But, limited facilities and no staff on duty at the Jardins annex. We gave up asking for room service and just collected items ourselves. For premium priced rooms this is not good enough. No veggie options on restaurant menu. My wife is allergic to meat and dislikes fish so I couldn't use facility. Unable to provide allegenic pillows and duvets. Unusualfor a 4 star hotel.

the hotel's supposedly premier restaurant was rather disappointing and the service in the restaurant was pretty poor, in particular from one waitress who seemed incapable of smiling, delivered the plates of food with all the charm of a McDonalds' counter, told us nothing of the plates of rather expensive food we were about to eat and was generally poor. Unfortunately, the food was also mediocre. Lacking in flavour and generally not at all what we had hoped for.

The location was great, excellent. The room good, very noisy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel The staff were fantastic, Arthur help us and answer to all our questions regarding travels, places to visit, etc

the room was in a first room, quite difficult to access with no elevator. Booking didn't write this point.

It was a stunning location. The room was fabulous with gorgeous windows that opened over courtyard . The staff were just wonderful and Artur went beyond all expectations. He helped us on the phone to find directions and then met us at the car park and carried suitcases all the way to the hotel. He was also lovely to our dog. A really special young man.

Bar could have stayed open beyond 9pm.

A beautiful and historic building. It’s a small medieval labyrinth. Absolutely charming. And the breakfast was out of this world, absolutely fabulous. Staff was absolutely friendly and welcoming, even when most couldn’t speak English.

It would be great to have the menu for the spa translated in English. I do speak several languages, French isn’t one of them. English would be the current standard I get through all over the world. That should be a minimum effort, even if I accept that most French, even staff in hotels with international guests, can’t speak it.

We made the great choice to upgrade our room to a junior suite which was an amazing room, spacious and with all comforts. Breakfast was very rich and all local product and very high quality. Location is perfect just in the heart of Honfleur. Staff very friendly and aimable. They made us feel like home

Tha atmosphere in the hotel. Vert warm and cosy. The hall with real fire place for a quiet break. The breakfast was exceptional. The room had a very nice view to the Church. The central location with a lot of restaurant around. Public parking are very close. The well come of personnel and generally all staff is very attentive to clients. Special mention to Steeve and Mathilde. In the room we had double TV with big flat screen. Beds were very confortable.

The only point where I would recommend an improvement is the carpet (moquette) in the stairs and room. It erase all autenticity. It is old and with stain (in our room) and daily cleaning on it was not meticolous. Add some hook in the bathroom for the hand towel hanging.

We wanted a late afternoon snack and the staff didn’t seem to want to help even though they serve food in the lounge bar all day. The position of the room was disappointing a very dark corridor and over the kitchen so was noisy and opening onto a wall very nearby. The room itself was lovely
