The overall vibe was extremely charming, beautiful, and welcoming. The son of the owner greeted me on arrival and he could not be sweeter. The room was large and well equipped. Great coffee machine with lots of pods, comfy bed, quiet and serene. Excellent bathroom, modern shower, good water pressure, lots of hot water. Breakfast was amazing and I had the best croissant of my life! The location is perfect for seeing Honfleur. It is walking distance to the old church, harbor, and shops. I saw a sauna building and wondered about it.

The room could be a little cleaner, especially the floor, but I didn't mind. Extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom would be nice.

Very characterful and tastefully decorated setup in an ancient building. We were in the maison de pecheur which is an apartment on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and a livingroom/kitchen next door to the main entrance. This suited well over two nights as the weather was atrocious and we only used the double bedroom. Breakfast in the main building was excellent. The location in the old part of Honfleur is quiet. We were able to park our bikes outdoors in the courtyard garden area.

Parking in the narrow streets in old Honfleur is difficult. We had not clocked that we needed to advance book a parking space in the property's limited car park but the host advised us to find free parking up the adjacent hill- which we did. The presence of two cruise ships in Honfleur meant that the town was packed

Beautiful, unique little property decorated with great charm. Courtyard gardens were gorgeous and a great place for breakfast or to sit and chill. Breakfast was wonderful too - with homemade jams, flavoursome hams and local cheeses. Laura was very helpful. Our room was spacious and self-contained and quirkily decorated.

There was nothing I didn’t like, as such 🙏🏻 There was no A/C, safe, wardrobe to hang clothes and we had a couple of challenges with electrical items BUT this is a very old property and we were happy to forego some mod cons for the beautiful quirkiness and character of it all ❤️ We booked €15 per night for off street parking in a non-secure garage 200m from property; it may be possible to find free parking in streets up from property.

very nice large clean room, absolutely charming courtyard. Its an old convent with the most lovely garden. Delicious breakfast in above delightful flower filled courtyard. location parking an absolute must as impossible to park in Honfleur in that street. (All parking is further down at the port.) This location is nice and quiet and a few minutes walk from all the action in the port below. We went to the Boudin museum, which was unbelievably good, and full of fantastic paintings and drawings which we enjoyed. Slightly chaotic departure as I thought bill was prepaid, and it was not. Nobody around to ask as we left, only cleaners who looked blankly at me when I asked for assistance. Earlier when we asked to check out of our room and to leave some suitcases at reception and nobody mentioned a bill so I wrongly assumed it was prepaid as was our previous hotel the night before. Most unfortunate, but we called and paid bill after we left having received a message from our hostess.

Great location for touring Normandy! Spacious rooms with kitchenette. Very convenient! Friendly and wonderful hostess, excellent design in antique style, very good and tasty breakfasts.

We didn’t understand why we had to ask for the room to be cleaned..... Before ordering, I read reviews about this problem, sent a letter to the hotel for clarification and received unequivocal assurance that cleaning is done every day. But that was not the case. In our two suites, trash was only taken out sometimes and not everywhere, and full cleaning was not done (vacuum cleaner, etc.) Only after our request to remove the room did they do something.

Was a very charming place to stay. Loved it. It was the ‘anti modern’ hotel. So different from anywhere else we have been. Our room had so much character and individuality. The garden enclosed garden was lovely. So peaceful and a great place to chill. The breakfasts were great and so fresh. Had ours in the garden which was a chilled way to start the day. The young lady who hosted us there was really nice, friendly and helpful. Had off street parking a short walk from the property which suited us.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

La Còur St Catherine is an old convent, just brimming with history and atmosphere. The lush green garden where on warm days you can eat breakfast is lovely. The lady who hosts the hotel is very efficient and speaks moderate English. Breakfast was very good, served in a seperate building which was simply beautiful, ( an old barn maybe, but delightful). Located just 6 to 7 minutes walk from Honfleurs Town centre, La Cour was so easy to walk to and from, leaving the car in its secure car park. Not the cheapest of locations, but we like quaint, beautiful and characterful and La Cour had all of that.

Not criticism, more observations. Finding the location was difficult, the satnav had the post code, not the street. It didn't help that the hotel sign is partly obscured with ivy. If you miss it you have to go round a tight one way system through the town packed with pedestrians. Our room on the first floor was accessed by a spiral staircase. Quite an effort with a heavy suitcase. Just things to consider.

This property is so quaint and beautiful. We loved our upstairs room in the side wing with its own entrance. Comfortable and cozy on a rainy night. We were able to find street parking right in front and then walked easily into town. The breakfast room is delightful - the decor and presentation of the breakfast were amazing. We loved it! Such a unique property, highly recommend.

Just beware when staying in an older building like this that doorways are really low; we had a bit of a head-cracking when entering our room for the first time through the low doorway.

We spent three days in The Loft which is just a stone's throw away from the main hotel and a bit further up the hill. Perfect if you are staying for a longer period, it has its own kitchenette and is very spacious. Breakfast in the main facility was perfect. The entire hotel is just a dream, very romantic and very well maintained. The harbour and everything else Honfleur has to offer is just a short stroll away.

We loved the beautiful courtyard , the super friendly and accommodating staff , comfortable bed, great shower, and the soothing music in the lovely breakfast room. The hotel location is excellent- within walking distance to the harbor in a quiet street.

It is all nicely maintained , but the walkways through the lovely garden could be a bit more senior friendly. It was a bit hard to carry the luggage thru the steps. A few lights near the steps would be helpful.
