The location

Overpriced comparing to the other apartments in the same building, here was not bedsheet and towels provided while in the apartments managed by another entity provided all at half price. The Montblanc booking management’s no idea of the conditions of the apartments, the parking place is not signed - the management stated that the dedicated parking place indicated by the apartment number - but not! The key box did not operate, we claimed but they ignored my email, so instructed us to put the key into the non working key box. The dishes provide us was dirty, disgusting - unusable. It was a big disappointment!

Location was good

The sofa bed was broken with wooden slats missing from the base. This had clearly been the case for some time and no action had been taken. Nobody answered my and my partner's repeated emails about the bed. To date these remain unanswered. After the Saturday we arrived, nobody was available on the phone during the week and calls automatically terminated. We were there with young children and with only one bed between the 4 of us. Absolutely appalling service. No sheets provided and when we called on the first day to inquire, they said they were out of stock. They gave a false company name where sheets could be hired in the resort. Nobody at the resort knew the alleged provider and the number was unattainable. All these issues appear to be well known to Booking.com, but you still advertise the property!? On speaking to the building management, we were informed that these issues were not new and that previous residents have reported the providers to police as they believed it was a scam. There was insufficient cutlery and glasses for a family of 4. The overall impression is that they neglect the flat, provide zero service and take your money. The experience has also shaken my confidence in Booking.com for continuing to advertise this property on their website.

Absolutely nothing - Unacceptable living conditions, not suitable for 4 guests as some bed doesn’t have mattresses & broken beyond repair. Breakfast was not included & no such a place exists to have breakfast. Highest level of false advertising. Shocking that booking.com would even allow this level of scamming!

Misleading advertising, checkin delays, basics essentials & facilities lacking beyond comprehension. Amenities & features advertised missing/don't exist. Unacceptable living conditions! No help from booking.com to make alternative accommodation arrangements.
