What we liked the most was the location and the friendliness of the staff. Our quadruple room was spacious and had 2 bathrooms which was a nice surprise. It is basic but it is just what we needed for our mountain weekend. They lent us a sled for our son which was a lot of fun. Breakfast was very good and at a fair price. We had a problem with our car just before departure and the receptionist was so nice to help us find someone who came to our rescue with jump starter cables. We are so so so grateful for this!! Merci beaucoup.

All was good for us. True, the hotel is a bit dated but it has its charm. We were on the first floor so the lack of elevator wasn't a problem for us.

I spent a night there with my partner on the 19th of July. I was happy with the room and the hotel in general. I would like to make a special note of the person at the reception who was very kind and helpful and succeeded in facilitating us with everything we asked. This added a really positive vibe in our stay. Keep up the good work!

An area of improvement is the breakfast buffet. While it did offer a large variety of items, there were no fruit at all!

It's a simple accommodation, but clean and spacious. Ideal for a short stay. The breakfast was very nice and the location is very convenient for a ski trip.

The opening hours for the check in were a bit short for me, we arrived 20 mins before it closed. For someone who travels and wants to arrive in the evening that isn't great.

I'm not sure why this has been rated as a 2 star hotel. The room was huge and clean, the beds super comfortable and the location was just ideal, a few minutes walk from the centre. I haven't tried their breakfast, that's why I'm not giving 5 stars .

There was no hairdryer in the room, probably I just should have asked the reception. I have nothing else to say!

It was in a great location right in the centre of Valberg, near all the lively bars, restaurants and shops. Very friendly, welcoming staff, a very secure underground car park for my motorbike and the bedroom was great. There was an outdoor bar area and the breakfast was delicious.

I very rarely leave reviews, but this hotel was fantastic. From the warm greeting when we arrived, the help with local knowledge, the great breakfast and the super clean rooms. Huge thanks to Sophie who worked so hard to make our stay such a memorable one. I'm already looking a booking again for a few weeks time. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything went really well. Location is great, facilities were well thought of and even have a play room for kids which my daughter loved

It was too hot during the day and night so we had to keep the windows open.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good. Secure storage for bikes was provided by the underground garage. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Very good hotel. We were well received, the breakfast was great. I felt like a member of my family in the hotel :)
