New facility with almost all you need available.

Although a new facility, several aspects need to be addressed, like: cleaning of the building corridors and staircase areas which were full of a white dust for the entire duration of staying there; the outside areas in front of the hotel as well as towards the indoor garage must be clean after is snowing to avoid people's injuries and to allow the use of cars (or at least salt to be spread by the hotel staff); electric charging stations to be installed for guests with electric cars.

Really comfortable family accommodation. Suited our family of four perfectly. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room a lovely extra. Handy kitchenette, large fridge. Liked having a separate toilet and bathroom. Very spacious compared to other accommodation we’ve had in the mountains.

More toilet roll! Swimming pool temperature was cool. Hotel is at the top of the hill so we tended to drive up and down to access the town for dinner/supermarket etc. Not a major problem though. We picked up the ski bus straight outside the hotel to take us straight to the centre and ski lift.

A beautiful new building with lovely apartments. Cosy but comfortable. Very friendly staff and ample parking. A 5-10 min walk down to the ski lifts, or shuttle bus stops just outside. Breakfast seemed expensive, so we didn’t opt to include that.

Good price - quality value, good appartment, well equipped, nice wellness and pool area. The quality of the accomodation was un-french, so big compliment for the owners!!

The staff was niet very friendly and willing to help. We wanted to book an extra night, but there was no support on this. Only min. 2 extra nights were possible. No alternative were offered.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, noting was too much trouble. The hotel was exceptionally clean also

The only negative was that the pool was quite cold - other than that everything was great

The property is quite new and probably one of the best around Auron. Staff is helpful.

It’s a bit noisy when all the apartments around wake up.

Nice resort. End of season so quiet and a lot of places shut

A walk out of town uphill. Didn’t manage the bus as never the right time and it stopped early in the evening. Would have struggled with skis and boots but we were able to leave these at ski hire place

Spacious, well decorated and designed apartments. Clean and brand new and located just a 5 minute walk up from the village.

Heating is as others mentioned as well difficult to adjust. Unfortunately no sound insulation. A big mistake when building a new property!

Everything was brand new and very beautiful and clean. The location was perfect and there was enough free parking for our rental. The pool and sauna was also good after a long day of skiing.

The pool was bit too cold for us.

The location. I think a bus service outside the resorts usual operating hours would be helpful given that it stops at 18:00. So if you eat out in the village it’s a horrible climb back.
