The hotel has amazing facilities, luxurious yet comfy, and is set in an incredible location with astonshing views. The rooms are spacious, each with a balcony. Restaurant and bar have great food, sometimes pricey but always worth it.

Service is okay, staff are polite and friendly although in my opinion not quite like a 4star hotel should be, when we sat at tables we often had to wait quite a bit and eventually grab the menu ourselves and ask for their attention, or ask to clean our table. They don't tide up the room or put new toilet paper unless you ask for it. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, very modest in variety and quality, if considering also the extra price.

Peace and quiet. Perfect moments sitting on balcony looking out at mountains with just sound of birds and river. No traffic sounds at all. Lovely spacious apartment. Tastefully decorated. Quality resort. V pleasant staff. Can’t comment on the spa as we didn’t use it.

Breakfast area a bit small and tight at peak times. Breakfast was good, though. And there’s a serious uphill climb to get there from the village. Kind of puts you off taking a stroll to the village, which is v pretty.

The location is great, quite, the appartement we had was very big and luminous, clean, very soft towels, comfortable bed, great view from the terrace. The staff was nice and helpfull. Big parking space. Nice lounge bar.

No AC The breakfast could use some more variaty, especially for the salty part. But you could see that most of the products are fresh and probably local.

Reception team were superb. And lounge bar staff excellent. Spa team a little less enthusiastic. Restaurant food probably the best quality & value I’ve had for years. Kitchen very well equipped.

Not sure why the architect created a huge toilet room with no basin and didn’t utilise the floor space to create two bathrooms. Toilet door lock didn’t work but I didn’t complain so not blaming the staff. No snow!! But not the hotels fault :)

Nice breakfast although the options of cheese and ham were rather limited

check in at 5 pm and check out at 10 am is not very accommodating, also would have liked to have bathrobes in the room (which should have been there according to the description)

The place is amazing! We loved the room, it exceeded all our expectations! We loved the spa, including hammam, massage and face care. The restaurant is wonderful - the staff, the food, the ambience! The only drawback is that you have to go for the menu, there is no way to order just 1 dish. Even if you do so, you would not be full. Private parking allows to charge your electric car, so it is super convenient!

The breakfast is very limited. High price does not include salty options. To get ham and cheese - you need to pay extra. Eggs, bacon, vegetables, salad - not proposed. In the end, decided not to take it. For some reason, had troubles to sleep. Pillow was not comfortable. Most probably, personal preferences. We had the problem with the main lights. It was not working properly.

Stunning location and the 2 bed apartment was great

The rest was overpriced and had just 2 set menus with no other choice , which was a real shame , but we found a small restaurant the corner off the market square that was fabulous and a great host , and his wife did all home made food and it was fab.

Breakfast staff implied we were too late to eat breakfast, even though we arrived 20 mins before breakfast was to stop being served. If felt that they preferred we not sit to eat as they were already cleaning up.

A great resort of contemporary design, located on a mountain side with great view. Very comfortable, spacious rooms.

Staff do not speak English. No finger food/snacks available in the bar/lounge, except for the single option of cheese platter. Poor standard music in the bar/lounge. Kids not allowed in the spa

Gorgeous property with stunning views, everything felt super new and was really clean. Staff were friendly, location is good, just a short (although steep) climb from the town centre.

Nothing major, just little niggles really that if fixed or more information given would make the place a 10/10 easy. Room description said no room for a cot but there was plenty of space for one. The fire alarm also went off on our final morning but there were no staff around, just thought it was quite poor for someone to not come up to the chalet and direct people or explain it's a false alarm etc. The restaurant was also closed one night of our stay and fully booked the other night, just might be nice to warn people of this.
