This family run hotel is well placed in the centre of the main street and has a large restaurant. Parking is close by and at the time of our visit was free but in high season is not. Our room was well equipped and, unusually, was fitted with two quite comfortable armchairs. The shower room unit is a factory built sealed "drop in" affair and the step up into it is quite high but not an obstacle, just something to be aware of. There was a good choice for breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant was very good with efficient service. We were also blessed with a sea view - our window overlokoed the short street which led to the beach!.

The fellow guest vaper setting off the fire alarms at 06h30 was a feature we could have lived without but added a touch of interest to our stay with mine host rushing in to check that 1) it wasn't us and 2) that we were OK.

Hotel is a good location so close to the beach and some shops and restaurants. Lovely friendlyl staff with good English. We loved our stay at hotel Nantes and stayed a second night. We were able to bring our motorcycle into a private yard which was great.

Bedroom was a good size and comfortable just maybe a little makeover to cheer it up

Hotel serves very good breakfasts at the mornings. In the hotel there is also restaurant which serve amazing meals. I enjoyed very much.

Hotel de Nantes was a small hotel in a very lively (bank holiday) seaside town. The gentleman who booked us in was very friendly and efficient even though running a very busy restaurant attached to the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room had a very small en-suite bathroom, ideal for our unexpected one night stopover in this nice seaside town.

I loved staying here. I extended my overnight to two nights - it's a great place. Trqditional family run hotel. Brilliant!

The bathroom was a bit small and dated but a small price to pay fot the excellent location anf general demeanour of the place.

Nice, comfortable, central, little hotel

Don't expect anything amazing BUT the location is above any of the other expectations. The staff are courteous. We never ate here, as there's plenty of other established places nearby

The decor is mmmmm, strange 🤔 😁
