The staff were friendly and helpful. The flat was well resourced and the facilities good. It was close to the beach, tennis and a short bike ride from the town. We hired their bikes which were great, reasonably priced and comfortable to ride. I also loved our balcony, it was great to sit and watch the tennis from. . Not sure I’d have liked a ground floor flat as much. Less privacy.

Not much to dislike. Apart from taking the dirty sheets and towels to a drop off point a walk of about 50m. The bag was very heavy and I couldn’t lift it to even take it downstairs. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Thankfully my teenage son was strong enough. But for many people this could be a problem. Personally I think dirty linen should be put in the bag and left at the flat for collection. Other than that no complaints.

Fabulous location within walking distance of the beach and the centre of the town of Noirmoutier. Great pool and facilities for kids and families.

With 5 of us in an apartment, we found the balcony and eating area a little cramped. Luckily we ate out a lot so this was not too much of a problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the facilities were clean and well maintained. It was pleasantly not over commercialised, everything you needed was there and they weren’t trying to sell you add ons etc

The maisonette was clean and functional, bit small if 6 staying and could have done with an additional toilet.

The apartment was great. Very spacious , well designed, super clean. Two great bathrooms, lots of storage, large balcony. The kitchen is well equipped . You feel like at home right away. Highly recommend, excellent value for the price. We also enjoyed the large pool and the pool area which had plenty chairs.

Excellent location. Feels very comfortable and cosy in the residence.

The glasses and cups were not as clean.

The location is perfect; right by the most beautiful beach of the island. The pool is beautiful and clean, and there was a little playground right out front.

Our apartment had older appliances that failed us; the bath plug kept on getting stuck and the dishwasher broke. Both were quickly repaired, but it was still annoying. The apartment didn’t feel very clean and our dishes were stored dirty upon arrival.

Good wifi connection. I was able to work. Good location if you have a car or bike. Swimming pool heated.

Thé maisonnette was in bad repair. Paint peeling off the walls and water leaking in the roof. Would have liked the beds to be made up on arrival. Double bedroom is very small. The downstairs is badly designed. The toilet is huge and the kitchen / dining area tiny! Also, for the last two or three days of our 1 week stay, the swimming pool was closed due to bad weather. This was disappointing as the pool has an indoor section, which was our main reason for booking this hotel.

Great pool, my children loved it

Our room was on ground floor close to a children’s play area which became very noisy in early evening. Our room also had a wet room which was very wet with puddles getting to the kitchen area
