The property had everything we needed and more: soundproofing, large nicely decorated room, private parking space right at the door, so many useful accessories in the room! The administrator is friendly and gave us valuable information about the stay. We loved the breakfast and as a bonus you have the Gois passage low tide calendar on the wall, in the breakfast room. The property is 10 min on foot from the nearest beach and 10 min from the town center. One can also go on a picturesque shore hike to la plage du Vieil. Highly recommend!

Very friendly reception at front desk. Excellent explanation of the facilities and really helpful pointing out (and making reservations at) Good local restaurants. Nice room, well appointed

At 1:30 in the night neighbours of our room were loudly chatting. Our suugestion: remove the outside tables and chairs or make clear that in a hotel you are expected to be quiet at night

Large room, very confortable and well equipped (large screen TV, fridge and microwave oven). Enclosed parking free of charge. 15 minutes walk to city center or to beach, Lidl nearby. Heated indoor pool (did not try). Good value for money (at least off season).

The bed was a bit soft for me. At night, a bit far from city center.

Everything!!! The réception staff couldn't do enough to help you. An amazing breakfast with great home made choices with a helpful and personal service from a charming man.

There wasn't really anything. If I'm being really picky, the breakfast bar could be moved to optimise space and enable people to move freely.

The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. It was well equipped for a hotel room with a wonderful rainfall shower. We parked onsite which was very useful after a long drive from the South. The location was a great base for exploring the island. It was about 15 minutes to the beach and town in opposite directions. You can hire bikes from the hotel - we didn't do this but would if we stayed again. The staff were very friendly and helpful and looked after our requests. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and spa were a great way to unwind and would be perfect if the weather wasn't 'beach' weather during your stay. The reception staff were brilliant and welcoming and gave us a map and tourist brochure on our arrival which helped us to orientate ourselves on the island as we had not visited before. Thank you. Without your advice we wouldn't have thought to view the sunrise from the view point and this was a highlight. We had a brilliant weekend on your lovely island 🏝️

We had a very nice room with a big terrace. The terrace was great and there were plenty of chairs etc. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe but no drawers - when you're staying a week or more, you need drawers. The bathroom was small and quite cramped but functioned well enough but it was a joy to get home to a bigger room. The art of bedmaking is yet to be learned but this seems to be the modern way. Bigger bottom sheets would help.... We didn't get clean sheets over an eight night stay and the towels were a bit hit and miss. Car park was fine. Breakfasts were very good and reasonably priced too. Plenty of pastries, breads, cheese, ham, cereal fruit, tea coffee etc. Very easy to pig out..... We didn't use the pool as the beach is only ten minutes walk up the road. All the staff were very helpful and the hotel had a very nice atmosphere. Overall, we would go back again - and probably will - but with a bit more attention to detail, this review could have been 9/10.

We booked Room Only so can't comment on the food, but staff were very helpful & friendly and the location perfect - half way between town and beach. The Family Comfort Room was a great size and worked very well - our son was very pleased to have his own space upstairs.

The room was far too hot as no air-conditioning (obviously spendt no time in the room by day but v hot over night). Only one fan was provided which we placed upstairs in the children's area but needed a fan downstairs too (even with the patio doors open)!

The hotel was brilliant, we had a room for two adults and 3 children for a week and it was perfect. Really clean and the pool and sauna were great. Staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful. We had a breakfast and it was delicious. Loads of options.
