Nice room although our balcony faced the public car parking and we would have preferred facing the nature reserve. Car parking and amenities are close by and the restaurant was excellent with excellent staff, who really looked after us. It was reasonably priced for a four star hotel.

Not much in the way of toiletries for a four star hotel, tea and coffee was a small amount and you had to get milk from the restaurant. Also a few slightly damaged items, such as the coffee maker. Have to pay a 160 Euro deposit on arrival, more trust required of customers who use 4 star and above hotels. It takes up to 7 days for this to be refunded! Why?

The location was ideal, just a ten minute walk to the quaint harbour, with all sorts of restaurants either side. The hotel staff were helpful from the time we checked in until our departure - 4 night stay. Lovely pool area, which had a retractable roof allowing the blazing sunshine in (heatwave when we were there 37°+ in mid June....) My partner had a fall getting out of the pool, which was a bit of drama, needing the fire service to attend and help her up. The staff on duty were outstanding, supplying wet towels to help fight the heating and drinks of water - we couldn't thank them enough. So in a few words, a fab place to visit, can't find any fault. We will be returning. 😎⛱️👏

Nothing whatsoever - Tre bien

Good location only a short pleasant stroll away from town. A bit further to the beach but still walkable. Great top quality restaurant, great breakfast. Pool roof partly opened which was good on a hot sunny day. Big room with outside space. Plentiful easy parking. Fridge, tea & coffee. I think we were upgraded too. Good value for money.

This is a big newly built hotel which is very corporate. It has much more of a business or event feel than a holiday atmosphere. Staff not particularly welcoming or engaging. Late check in time could be better. The mandatory €150 damage deposit completely inappropriate .

This was an excellent hotel ,great facilities ,perfectly clean room ,large and comfortable bed .Also literally a five minute walk to to Pornic harbour with plenty of cafes shops and restaraunts. The staff were brilliant after we had left a mobile phone in the room , both the front desk and the room cleaner. Thankyou

Although it was a buffet style breakfast was a little more expensive than the norm, we felt .

Good location, not too far from motorway and also only 8-10min walking away from town centre with bars and restaurants. Great room with big bath cabin. Feels like a premium hotel👍 really enjoyed sauna and swimming pool (included in price). Definitely coming back again.

Huge amount of things for breakfast, only eggs omelet wasn’t great, feels like it was made from powder, not real eggs. everything else is really really good👍 g

All the facilities seemed very good. Great location, a short walk from the port. We had a pleasant view from our room. Great bicycle storage cage in the garage with points for charging. Laundry facility was good which is great when you are cycling almost every day. Helpful staff.

The property is really beautiful. They upgraded our room so we were delighted. Spotless and very comfortable with a great shower. We had a balcony so it was perfect to sit out. Good private car park and no charge. Will definitely return here.

If you came in from the back the reception is on the first floor. It was probably me trying to work out directions.

Lovely comfortable room. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Good location. Nice walk into town. Room was excellent value for money. Free secure parking.

We didn’t have breakfast because we thought it was expensive at €19.50 per person.

The hotel is in a good location, just a pleasant, riverside stroll from the harbour. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the terrace (or balcony) is a nice touch.

There are a LOT of steps up from the riverside to the hotel entrance. You can get in via the underground carpark and an elevator, but that's not obvious. And the bar closed at 10pm.

Great hotel, fabulous staff, great location - 5 mins walk to the lovely harbour - great room, proper balcony …. and really , very helpful staff that made a lot of effort to support us…. thank you.
