The location was ideal, just a ten minute walk to the quaint harbour, with all sorts of restaurants either side. The hotel staff were helpful from the time we checked in until our departure - 4 night stay. Lovely pool area, which had a retractable roof allowing the blazing sunshine in (heatwave when we were there 37°+ in mid June....) My partner had a fall getting out of the pool, which was a bit of drama, needing the fire service to attend and help her up. The staff on duty were outstanding, supplying wet towels to help fight the heating and drinks of water - we couldn't thank them enough. So in a few words, a fab place to visit, can't find any fault. We will be returning. 😎⛱️👏

Good location only a short pleasant stroll away from town. A bit further to the beach but still walkable. Great top quality restaurant, great breakfast. Pool roof partly opened which was good on a hot sunny day. Big room with outside space. Plentiful easy parking. Fridge, tea & coffee. I think we were upgraded too. Good value for money.

This is a big newly built hotel which is very corporate. It has much more of a business or event feel than a holiday atmosphere. Staff not particularly welcoming or engaging. Late check in time could be better. The mandatory €150 damage deposit completely inappropriate .

This was an excellent hotel ,great facilities ,perfectly clean room ,large and comfortable bed .Also literally a five minute walk to to Pornic harbour with plenty of cafes shops and restaraunts. The staff were brilliant after we had left a mobile phone in the room , both the front desk and the room cleaner. Thankyou

Although it was a buffet style breakfast was a little more expensive than the norm, we felt .

Good location, not too far from motorway and also only 8-10min walking away from town centre with bars and restaurants. Great room with big bath cabin. Feels like a premium hotel👍 really enjoyed sauna and swimming pool (included in price). Definitely coming back again.

Huge amount of things for breakfast, only eggs omelet wasn’t great, feels like it was made from powder, not real eggs. everything else is really really good👍 g

The hotel is in a good location, just a pleasant, riverside stroll from the harbour. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the terrace (or balcony) is a nice touch.

There are a LOT of steps up from the riverside to the hotel entrance. You can get in via the underground carpark and an elevator, but that's not obvious. And the bar closed at 10pm.

Large room with big comfortable bed. Comfy two seater sofa. Good size wardrobe and storage for clothes etc. Balcony overlooks car park but good views beyond. Very clean and peaceful. Big open areas in corridor. Reception and public areas impressive truly 4 star. Excellent and large shower. All modern and properly maintained. 10 minute walk into town with good selection of restaurants. Walkway into Town nicely planted. Lots of free parking.

Separate toilet and bathroom, throw back to old times. Nothing else to dislike.

Near to town centre. Nice modern hotel. Good facilities. Lovely breakfast.

Having to pay €150 warranty deposit. At such a large modern hotel, obviously part of a chain you wouldn’t expect to pay a deposit for damage. Not the kind of place you would get unruly people. Very disappointed. Still waiting for deposit return.

Beautiful,spacious room with balcony,big comfortable bed,very clean,very bright and modern. Great bathroom . Continental breakfast with good selection of food,good coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Many car park spaces- outside and inside of the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the town centre with all the restaurants and bars. Really great place.

The breakfasts were really good. Huge selection of every kind of breakfast food you could think of. We had a lovely view over the river and there are lifts so you never have to do stairs. The pool was great and we used it nearly every day.

On some days our rooms were cleaned rather late

The whole hotel was excellent. The rooms have a balcony. We arrived during a storm on a motorbike and they checked if our room was available straight away which it was. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location for Pornic. Room was large and very clean. Good selection for breakfast. Dinner was delicious too. Private safe parking under hotel.
