The suite was so peaceful. A lovely view over the fields towards Pornic. The soundproofing worked well and the bed was so, so comfortable. A large double sink bathroom with shower, kitchenette and large living area with a balcony much bigger than expected. The staff were so helpful and friendly and made such an effort to communicate in English. We used the restaurant on the first night and food was to a high standard. The venue is easily accessible to Pornic and surrounding area.

We found the restaurant menu a little limited in range. For UK travellers who may not be aware, beef tartare is raw beef!! The pool was lovely, but would have preferred cooler temperature.

In general very well maintained hotel (I compare to the previous stay here 5 years ago) even though there are signs of wear and tear. Swimming pool is good to relax for half an hour, but of course you would not spend there half a day (top small). Large parking lot

Location: even though you can in principle walk to the down town of Pornic (and we did walk), it is still quite far. Especially if you would prefer a relaxing walking after nice dinner in the restaurant in an old port (driving may not be an option if you want some alcoholic drinks)

Very responsive to our air conditioning issue with fans delivered to our room within minutes late at night & fixed the next day. Friendly, responsive staff with excellent language skills. Nice breakfast buffet which we had the first morning. Great to have little kitchenette - didn't cook but had breakfast in room for rest of week.

Sofa bed noisy & could do with thicker mattress. A little garden area to sit in would have been nice ( area beside indoor pool)

The apartment was great, lots of space, clean and comfortable. The little kitchenette area was handy. There was a fridge to keep drinks cold and there Was some water in there when we arrived. The kids loved the pool and it stayed open until 10pm. We were delighted with the free parking, hopefully the hotel will get an electric car charger in the future. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions or needed anything..

As others have said the pool is accessed through the carpark. The car park is very low so would be tight for a van. The area is far from centre so you need a car. A few bowls and wine glasses would have been useful in the kitchen.

-Immaculately clean comfortable rooms - we stayed in a family suite one night and a large double on the second night. -Really helpful friendly reception staff - good variety of food at breakfast - kids loved the pancakes - very enjoyable dinner with efficient service - delicious hake! - has a calm peaceful feel - You can get BBC world news on the TV

Husband checked the pool and said it was nice but too hot- almost like a sauna The location is not the best being away from town but we’ve been before and know that transport is essential Lighting in dining room too bright for me but the food was delicious

Staff were lovely. Very reasonable restaurant with good food .Quiet location. Parking in a garage under hotel. We had a very nice, spacious apartment with a large balcony overlooking the countryside. There was building work going on next to hotel but we did not hear any noise.

Nothing really. A tea towel for drying your dishes, we used a hand towel. Perhaps a couple of sun loungers on the balcony.

Location is brilliant, just a short car trip to center and harbour,,,place is great value for money, pool is small, but not a problem as its not busy at all, and gym is also small but not busy,,, the actual bedrooms are brilliant,,, so overall great value place,

Pool don't have toilets and showers. Imagine everyone jump to Pool without making a shower. The way to Pool cross parking spaces. Another wird thing. Food at the restaurant was far away from what I asked. I'm taking about beef steak. Otherwise room is huge is like an apartment.

Clean comfortable room with patio to sit outside. Hot water to enjoy a bath and shower. We had complimentary bottles of water in a fridge which we appreciated. We also appreciated the air conditioning as it was very hot weather during our stay. I enjoyed a lone swim in the small pool. It was good to be able to park under the hotel in a garage.

These are minor points as overall we had a lovely visit. However the bathroom smelled of smelly socks, possibly as there is no extractor fan. There was some litter just behind the small wall of our patio. Our room was overlooking the bin store and some neglected shrubs. We only paid for a budget room but as the hotel did not seem to have many guests perhaps we could have had a better view. The underground garage could do with some refurbishment.

Free parking on underground garage, huge rooms with balcony. It was as clean and comfortable as the hotel can ever be.Really enjoyed my stay

There was new building site right next to it and there was some minor building noises goming throuh, but it was not much of a problem.
