Fabulous views from the room, super-comfy bed, top-notch Thalasso, well-equipped gym. Brilliant location on the seafront with scrumptious, reasonably-priced restaurant opposite, pretty, swimmable beach and coastal walks close at hand. Adorable, helpful staff on reception. Complimentary bathrobes. Chilled water in the hallway.

Would like to have had more coffee and milk available in the room, with spoons to stir it rather than wooden sticks, and better quality toilet roll. Minor details, but in a hotel whose whole ethos is making guests feel nurtured, this felt a little stingy.

Was there for 3 nights. On first morning inquired about a 50 min massage only to be told there were no spots available however on many occasions I walked past empty massage rooms- very disappointing! Also whilst a few staff spoke some English most did not ! Seemed only to cater for the French instead of travelers from around the world.

Lovely situation, great facilities, room spacious and comfortable.

Evening meal could have had more vegetables and/salad. Would have preferred more hearty kind of meals made with local produce. It was rather 'nouvelle cuisine' for our tastes, though the shellfish was excellent.

We don't normally stay in this kind of hotel, but we're glad we did. Location is perfect, just a few 100m from a charming beach and 15 mins walk to the port. Hotel facilities are very impressive (although the spa treatments are rather expensive). Two large (free) pools.Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable; and a good size and had a balcony which was great. Good array of treats in the bathroom.

We had a poor experience at dinner the first night. Service was pretty bad or even rude. Food was indifferent, only the wine was good. Tried to get a coffee in the cafe but the machine was broken. Pools had peculiar rules!

The hotel was amazing! It transforms you into another world. The rooms were lovely and the beds exceptional. The staff very professional and friendly. The bathroom very good. The location very beautiful right on the sea. The food is fresh, good quality and good presentation.

Amazing spa facilities that guests can use as part of the stay. A real must! Right on a beachfront and in a lovely spot for swimming in the sea when warm enough. Buffet breakfast is very good and even hot chocolate available, pain au chocolates etc. Very clean and large rooms.

Terrace and windows very dirty. Cleaning of room poor. The hotel has 4 stars for the facilities they have but is in serious need of maintenance.
