The staff very friendly and helpful, offered to speak in English if we wished. The room on the ground floor has easy access and pet friendly. The bed comfortable, TV a good size, kettle with drink sachets, roomy bathroom, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast one of the best, fresh & plenty of choice in a pleasant dining area.

We arrived on a hot day, and I would have appreciated a top bed sheet as well as a duvet as I awoke in the early hours feeling hot and uncomfortable. The bedding was tucked under tightly, too much so in my opinion, though it gives a neat appearance. The desk lamp was missing a light bulb. The bathroom heater once turned on didn't turn off (I enquired & it is automatic, but added to the heat generally). The shower has a fixed top soaker and a handheld and the settings are not clear, if you don't want wet hair stand clear! Default setting should be the hand held option please!

The position to the motorway was useful as an overnight stop. The restaurant was good for dinner. Shower room was a good size and doorway good for a wheel chair user.

We had a room for the disabled. Toilet was very low, possibly suitable for a wheelchair but difficult for other disabilities. No toilet paper holder near toilet and a better grab handle. Also no rail for towels.

It was very easy to find, just off the autoroute. Veey easy to book a room whilst driving on the autoroute.confirmation was instant. Close to restaurants or fast food outlets and a supermarket. Though there was a restaurant at the Campanile. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and warm. Beds cosy. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of hot water. Soap and shower gel in dispensers. Fantastic value for a stop over. Kettle for hot drinks in the room. TV.

It was all fine. If anything the carpet & flooring were tired looking, in our room, but appeared as clean as could be considering how many people must pass through.

I have stayed a few times there. The staff are friendly & the rooms a decent size. The wifi is simple to connect to (that is unusual in alot of hotels). The meal & breakfast good.

My only negative is that the whole place is showing its age, it desperately needs redecorating.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were also spotless and decent showers too. There was a kettle and tea and coffee in each room ,and we are able to go and ask for more supplies from the cafe on site. Manager was very friendly and helpful

The hotel is just off the motorway. The lady at reception was so helpful, made us feel very welcome. No very busy so very peaceful stay.

Still no signs asking people keep the noise down in respect of other guests

All was of a good standard, the reception, the room, breakfast. The staff at reception helped us in the morning as we had a problem with the car and it was soon sorted

My Wife detected a cigarette smoke aroma in the room, she has a very sensitive nose! I found the shower head was scaled up but with a bit of a rub on the rubber jets it worked fine

The hotel is in a very convenient location for travel with a very decent restaurant

I asked for a ground floor as I was elderly. They gave me a room with disability facilities which was fine but the shower was a wet room which when used flooded the floor making it difficult to use the washbasin or toilet without bare feet. A squeegee was provided and I was able to prevent water going into the bedroom. Everything else was fine

Staff very friendly as always, perfect location for us. Alway accommodate our needs to a ground floor room as my husband has a disability

Plenty of parking and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Excellent bakery for breakfast 5 minutes walk away and quick to get onto motorway

It is in the business park area of town (but we knew that for the trip anyway)
