The apartment costs its money and provide all you need for a comfortable staying. The little kitchen is a pleasant bonus. The breakfast is modest but good. I recommend this hotel!

There are lots of social housings in the neighborhood, it might feel uncomfortable for young girls in a night time

A clean and comfortable apartment, quiet and with good facilities. The walk into the town centre is not far, and there’s a little supermarket across the road. Orleans itself is stunning!

I was unable to access wifi. There were no instructions so I asked reception but the details provided didn’t work for me either. There was no facility provided for recycling my rubbish.

Address on Booking.com not correct and misleading. Entrance is between 24bis and 26 (not 28). Some more detailed instructions as to how to find the accommodation would have been useful. Inadequate number of parking spaces. (Although free street parking nearby fairly easy)

Pretty much everything. Comfy bed, quiet location but close enough to old town that it's easily walkable. Great deal for the money. Good cafeteria, 24h laundry. Workable in-room kitchenette, good enough to make basic meals which I did most days. (Pastas, salads, sandwiches, traditional bacon & eggs breakfasts, even made a decent steak dinner one night). Powerful room heater and one touch I really liked was the towel heater/dryer in the bathroom which easily doubles as a clothes blowdryer for doing light laundry in the sink if you don't have enough laundry to justify doing a whole load in the laundry room downstairs. It blasted a tshirt dry in about 20-25 mins or a pair of boxers and a couple socks in 15. Door between the entryway and main area made for a quiet stay. I didn't hear much noise from the hallway at all. Front desk staff isn't always there as it is an aparthotel, but when they were, they were very friendly and always gave good recommendations. Because it's an aparthotel you don't get daily maid service free (from what I could tell you could book it for a bit extra), but I'm putting this as a plus because I am among the type of travelers that mostly prefer to be left alone. No overbearing maid service is a big plus for me. Looking for a well priced quiet place to lay your head as you explore Orléans? Look no further. Spent a week here, would come back again.

WiFi was fairly weak in the room I was in, though the speed fluctuated greatly from usable to barely a trickle. I feel like it may have been my room location as I was at the end of a hallway. Ended up using cell data for a good portion of the stay, which wasn't the worst as I had a 180gb plan. Staff was nice enough that I probably could have asked to switch rooms, but I also spent a lot of time outdoors so I didn't bother. If one were to be doing a lot of online work or video calls, one would likely prefer a room closer to a router point. Just ask when you check in. If they have the space, they will likely make it happen. Currently writing this from an Airbnb with no WiFi at all, so I guess it could also be worse.

Bed was the only thing that I didnt like. It was worn out. Very difficult to have a good sleep.
