Parking was close to the room. We were on first floor, but we are ok with stairs. Staff were very helpful and friendly
For the price charged cannot complain about anything really. We were fine with the stairs to our room, not sure whether this is mentioned when booking. Could be an issue for some people

I like its cost and its location. It's close to the tram line. It's relatively cheap and it's cleanliness.
The wifi service isn't good enough and the room was cold; the radiator wasn't functioning well. In addition, there is no electricity plug close to bed so I wan't able to charge my phone.

NOTHING, this is the WORST place I have ever booked in my entire life. We slept in the car instead.
An Absolute Disgrace — This Hotel Should Be Shut Down I have travelled extensively across five continents, stayed in everything, and never NEVER have I encountered an establishment as appalling as this. Calling it a hotel is an insult to the hospitality industry. From the moment we arrived, the smell of mildew and rot hit us like a wall. The room reeked of mould — not a faint odour, but an overpowering, nauseating stench that indicated long-standing neglect. Damp stains covered the ceiling. The air felt toxic. If you're asthmatic or allergic, prepare for a health hazard. Frankly, the room was uninhabitable. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks. I wouldn't let a stray animal sleep in that bed, let alone a paying guest. Even budget accommodations usually manage basic hygiene. This place couldn’t meet even that minimal standard. Stepping outside offered no relief. Rats — yes, actual rats — scurried along the building's perimeter. This isn’t exaggeration; I saw them with my own eyes. The property is in such a shocking state of disrepair that it should be investigated by the local health and safety authorities. It’s not just bad. It’s a threat to public health. We attempted multiple times to speak with management, but surprise — the manager was completely unreachable. No phone response, no accountability. Instead, the unfortunate front desk clerk — who, to be fair, remained polite and apologetic — bore the brunt of our complaints. It was not his fault, and I genuinely feel sorry for him. He shouldn’t be put in a position to defend the indefensible. I wouldn’t return here if it were the last accommodation on Earth. Avoid this place like the plague — quite literally, because it feels like one might actually contract something staying here,

Good location
One of our room cards stopped working so didn’t have access to one of our rooms for a night so we had to all sleep in one room, then when we asked for a refund on that room we have to email someone with bank details and Id to get a refund but can’t get one at reception which was very annoying.
