Central but quiet location close to the city center of Orléans, beautiful garden to sit in and wind down in the evening. Rooms are clean, well appointed and supply everything you need. Very friendly and open staff. Excellent breakfast. We were very happy with our stay. As it was warm, we even had a fan in the room.

The single bed in our family room was on wheels and prone to move when our son moved in his bed. A stopper would have been nice.

Lovely room, but was located right next to the lift, but it wasn't overly noisy so it was good. We also were able to park right outside as we arrived late and leaving early in the morning so that was another really great plus. reception lady was very very nice, she gave me jug of milk and large tea cup when I arrived so I could make a bedtime cuppa tea bonus points :) Breakfast was small but ample.

The staff were so friendly and helpful they made us feel very welcome. The location seems remote but a 10 minute walk got us to the main city square which had some stunning places to eat. The rooms themselves were great, we had adjoining rooms and the twin bedroom was very large with more than enough room. The double was quite a bit smaller but this wasn't an issue as it was somewhere to sleep. Breakfast was adequate and met our needs perfectly. Fully self service. The on street parking is fine with some car parks a little distance away. It seems there's lots of people parked there who work so there were a few cars clearing out by the time we arrived at 1700

The unexpectedly warm conditions hammered home the lack of air conditioning. The rooms were very, very warm and uncomfortable. Fans were provided but didn't do enough to combat the stifling heat. As a one nighter it was fine but if I did a few nights I'd be suffering. A portable/window air con unit would go a long way.

Staff were wonderful, loved the private outdoor grounds area under the cedar trees. Staff were so attentive, brought cushions to make the seating even more comfortable while we enjoyed a an afternoon bottle of wine from their menu. Hotel location is good, breakfast was also very nice.

Heaters in the room didnt work but the staff brought portable heaters right away that solved the problem. L

It can be difficult to find a hotel room that will accommodate a family of five. The room fit us in with ample room and the beds were really comfy. The reception was warm and welcoming and the hotel was clean and well presented. The garden is such a lovely bonus; offering a beautiful spot of serenity. We drove and were fortunate to find a (free) parking space just outside the hotel. We have three young children and all walked into the centre of the city without complaint(!) for dinner at a restaurant recommended by the reception staff. We really enjoyed our stay,

The lady at reception was very friendly and helpfull to explain where to park the car in the street or public parking. We could place our bikes in the bike parking at the lobby.

Needed a hotel to break up the long drive from southern France to The Netherlands and this worked out very well. It's walking distance to the center of Orleans on a quiet street, with a comfortable room overlooking an interior courtyard. And it was great (and unexpected) to be able to park for free on the street just a hundred meters from the front door.

Really nice small hotel with some cool Artwork on display by local artist that is for sale. Broke a journey from Clermont Ferrand to Rotterdam. Lovely place to stay and the staff were amazing. Ideal for the city centre and the breakfast was great too but at an an additional cost of €15.

You have to park your car on the street. Not a major issue though as its free.

Great location. Short walk from/ to Gare d’Orleans. Short walk to main square with shops, bars and plenty to see.

Would have liked option if English breakfast tea (only thing I could think of 😂)

Nice hotel at a convenient location just near the city center. Staff is nice and polite and helpfull in finding the right spots to visit. Room was also nice (5 persons family room) although no airco present. The breakfast was affordable and was good. Besides the sweaty night, the stay was great!

The room was way too hot (temperaturen around 33 degrees celcius that period). There was no airco and the fan did not give much relief
