I needed a place to stay for one night. I was passing the concours and needed a place close to the school. I would suggest it to anybody in my situation : clean, quiet, nice breakfast. And extremely close to the center of the beautiful Orleans.

I appreciated the possibility of having a warm bath between two exams I had forgotten my iron, asked at the reception. The owner kindly provided me with an ironing board and an iron. Bedding quality is good, slept well. I passed the exam

The hotel is located in a busy street and doesn't have a private parking lot. You have to park your car in a public one located nearby (add 8€ per day, depending on the season)

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, helping us with luggage as well as giving my wife and I a great rundown on where to go and what to see in Orleans. Room was nice and very very comfy bed! Would definitely recommend the Hotel Saint Martin.

Our one gripe was no tea, coffee making kit in the room. Small thing but important!

Quietest hotel room in a long time

Amenities were poor. Most hotels now provide liquid shampoo and conditioner in shower stall. Didn’t get any conditioner. Very difficult to open those small packets in the shower and she you are opd

Nice small hotel close to the train station and shopping center. You can reach city center by walk (5-10 mins), many shops/cafe around. Rooms was not so big, but with comfy beds. Kind and helpful people on the reception. Good option for this price.

Behind a plain exterior is a pleasant and well-run hotel. The staff were helpful from the start: the public parking (in the wide road in front of the hotel) was crowded at the time, but was easily sorted. The room itself was spacious and pleasant. The siting is excellent: a short walk takes you into the very pleasant city centre.

Parking can, for a short while, be a problem. Less mobile travellers might find the stairs a bit of a problem.

Clean, comfortable and just a short walk to the city centre

Breakfast room was small and the food looked a bit basic for the price (we decided to eat at the Starbucks at the train station up the road).

Excellent disabled room. Very friendly and helpful staff and hotel was handy for local attractions and amenities. Plenty of parking in the area with free parking for Blue badge holders in car parks.
