Location, close to the city center and free street parking at 6 pm to 9 am. Comfortable rooms and a nice house

Breakfast is served in the "living room" and it's totally fine. But you must help yourself to get milk, juice and cheese from the fridge, which is also totally fine, but nobody tells you that.

No staff at all, which was a little disconcerting. That said, check in and entry by mobile phone worked well, and simple self-catering facilities (incl tea, coffee, etc) were well set up. Couldn't work out how to "share" keyless (phone) key, so my wife and I couldn't enter separately. Bed was comfortable, with basic table and chair. Good shower, nice bathroom. Attractive building on quiet street. Parking, something I filtered for in my search, was on street or €8/day extra.

La Loge Arago is a great hotel, location was perfect for us to visit the city of Orléans and it was good value for money. The staff was great too: upon arrival, we had a little issue with the door opening and spoke to the contact number, who helped us remotely on Christmas Day. And the man who helped us for the breakfast (I believe his name is Ali), was super friendly to chat to, and gave us some tips to visit Orléans! We really felt at home, I would recommend this place for a group of travellers.

We didn't like the door opening system, it was fine for my sisters and I who are always on our phones but my dad isn't really tech savvy and struggles with QR codes. I wonder if there's a possibility to request for a card, exceptionnally for people who aren't comfortable with this system (we didn't think about asking until after we left).

I, at first, was so shocked that the hotel used QR codes to gain entry into the rooms. But once I tried it out, it was so accommodating and easy! I felt very secure and the check-in process was very simple and quick. When I came early before check-in, I was able to leave my luggage in a locker, which made it easier to go out and about into the town. Definitely will come here again! The breakfast was great and the staff who worked in the kitchen were amazing. The staff were always accommodating and kind to any request I had.

Everything was great. The only thing that was bothersome was the fact that the AC where you control the heating did not stay on long. The thermostat would also light up for long periods of time randomly in the night. Other than that minor thing, my stay was fabulous.

The cleanliness, the beds were superb the only problem was the crib for the baby could not make it stay upright.

I was doubtful of how I was going to be able to check in late at night with no people at a reception but just by scanning a QR code I got access to the building and my room with complete ease. Plus my room was spectacular!

It is located in a quiet area, and my room had access to the courtyard and garden. Beautiful old building that has been modernized. A huge shower.

Friendly support online. Food. Value for money Hotel operates online all access is on the phone so it should be charged and you must have internete.

I was worried about the self-check-in but it worked very well. No need for the staff. Very good value for money! Good beds and very comfortable pillows!

I like the cleanliness. the bed and blankets are very comfortable. The self check-in is very easy and convenient.

There's nothing I don't like.
