Location allows you to easily get to the major sites while being close to the train station. The breakfast buffet was very good, the level of air conditioning good and the noise level low. The curtains protected against the light adequately and the bed was nice and hard like I like it.

This is not the hotel's fault but it is located in a bit of a shady area so best to walk with a determined pace to get to the hotel at night.

I find Ibis hotels are always reliable, clean, secure, well located near transportation hubs, offering big, diverse, fresh breakfast, always fresh baked bread including whole grain breads, always comfortable beds. The Ibis Orleans Gare is no exception, While not a luxury hotel it does provide excellent value and secure comfort right across the street from the train station. There is a parking lot next to the train station where you can return rental cars thus avoiding heavy and confusing traffic around Paris or Charles de Gaulle airport and permitting easier access to the city and airport by train. I believe bicycle rental is also possible through the hotel for those wishing to bike along the Loire river. There are good restaurants about ten minutes walking around the main town square.

It was raining and Monday so the museums were closed.

Good location near trains and trams. Quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, nice choice of teas. We liked the attractive decor. Room and bathroom were nice and clean, shower was good.

Very little storage for small items (no drawers for example). No safe in room. The toilet door hit the bed. Only one bedside table, had to borrow another which we had to return before the end of our stay.

The only inconveniences you may take into account were noise due to the proximity of the station and the lack of space to work (with 2 people in the room). Other than that, everything is ok! Possibility to have breakfast from 4 am with early booking. The staff were very helpful!

Staff were all friendly, helpful and a delight to deal with, putting customer satisfaction first and foremost. Choice at breakfast was first class as can only be guaranteed at French hotels.

We only stayed one night here but we were very happy with our choice! The location is perfect and the staff was friendly and very accommodating! We arrived early, way before check in time and they kept our bags while we went for lunch. The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable! We definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

Nothing, all was good!

Ideally situated right next to the train station. The city center is just a ten minute walk away. Clean room, reasonably good breakfast. Would stay here again.

No complaints. Staff was business-like, but not actively unfriendly.

The hotel is sparkling clean with comfy rooms and beds. We spent almost a week in Ibis Orleans Centre Gare. The staff was gentle and always available to satisfy your needs. We will surely book it again if we go back to Orleans.

Everything was just fine.

It was a convenient location for the city centre and accommodated the dogs. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Would be nice to have a bigger bar and restaurant but they couldn’t really expand that

The breakfast was delicious and constantly replenished, and did I say DELICIOUS! All of the staff from the welcome desk to the dining room were very kind and helpful with my limited French language skills.

AC was good at first, however it seemed to run hotter through the night.
