Location is excellent for a short stay. The room is basic but everything works, even has a bath. There is parking but it is limited and a little tight if all the spaces are taken. The breakfast is very nice, and available from 7 am which is great if you need to get away fast.

Room was hot (July) and no aircon. Clearly overall the place needs money spent and can't claim to be luxury, but in my opinion as a stop over hotel close to the city centre it is perfectly fine.

This was our second visit we originally booked for four nights but extended our stay by another 2 nights. If you are looking for a quiet relaxed holiday this in our opinion is ideal we spent our evenings in small square at front of the hotel watching locals playing boules also short stroll down to river front to relax and watch the world go by also plenty of shops bars cathedrals and restaurants in walking distance. We will most definitely be returning on our next road trip through France

Can’t think of anything other than no kettle in the rooms this was not a problem though as we took our own…we never take a breakfast when staying in hotels so am unable to comment quality of this

Good value for money. Spacious room, comfortable beds and good shower. Hotel just a few minutes walk from where it's all happening. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Minor detail. The room is clean and so are the shower and toilet. Though the smell in the toilet, I think, tells me that it needs to be looked at.

It was perfect for our cycle along the Loire. We were able to leave our cars in their safe garbage for a small fee, €5 a night while we went off cycling. There was a safe place to store our bikes also. The young woman who welcomed us was so warm and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the beds comfy. It was great value.

Unpretentious hotel without showy facilities and superhelpful staff. Perfect situation for exploring the old city of Orleans Undergroud carpark is a bit iof a game changer in a city that is largely pedestrian

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The location was excellent and the cost was very good value.

The rooms are a little outdated, but still very comfortable and functional. The breakfast was a little basic, but still enjoyable.

Good size room. But electric convector heater not up to heating it. Extra blankets would have been welcome - we were cold in the night. A bath with shower attachment and abundant hot water but no bracket to attach the shower attachment to the wall, and no shower curtain.

It was quiet and they have a place to store our bikes. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was better than most just be sure to let her know you are there so she can bring out the pastries.

The WiFi was a bit weak and the shower had no curtain but we made do.

Very convenient location.

No plug for the bath. A means of attaching the shower head at head height (not difficult or expensive) would enable a shower. Controls on electric heaters not easy to understand (but they work well).
