I really liked all the staff. Friendly and nearly all spoke English. The most helpful person was a very polite young man called Athyab. I asked him lots of questions on how to get around , he was so pleasant to talk to.

Very happy with the hotel in general and the staff too. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was good also.

It was very hot and the air con unit didn't work. We had to close the window at night because we had an incident a month ago at a different hotel, where someone tried to gain access to our room via the window. Sadly the room became quite hot in the night and our handicapped daughter had a grand mal seizure. Just one of those things and It won't stop us using this decent hotel again. Kevin Savage (UK)

Great overnight stop on our way south. Just off the autoroute and plenty of nearby restaurants.

A positive aspect of this hotel was that whilst it was close to the autoroute it was in a very quiet location at least that was until 4am when there was a very noisy delivery (looked like food via a refrigerated lorry) which seemed to go on for ever.

Smooth efficient check-in. Access to tea and coffee as well as snack machines at any time.

The stay, as with all Ibis hotels, standard and well presented, managed accommodation. There is nothing to not like within it's competitive price range.

Good location very close to the centre, lots amenities around. Clean and comfortable room for budget hotel. Room larger than other Ibis budget. Mattress was firm just how I like it for my back. Requested extra pillows, which was provided. Free hot water and cups to make tea and coffee. Staff very nice, friendly and helpful.

Pillows were really soft and a little on the lumpy side. Apart from that all good.

Easy to find with free parking. Walking distance of the old town but also easy accessibility to trams. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money

No issues at all with the hotel provision

We stayed here for 2 nights. Plenty of onsite free parking in October Check in was fine. Though a welcome smile would have been appreciated from the person checking us in. The room was basic but clean. Separate shower and w.c. The sink is in the bedroom. Shower gel but no hand soap or hairdryer. There isn't a wardrobe or cupboards but there are hangers to use for your clothes You can have breakfast there, but the seating area is really basic. We much preferred to go to the patisserie at the corner of the road.

Lady at the desk was very helpful during check in was late and shops were shut she kindly gave some milk for my young children. Car was parked right outside our window and we had adjoining rooms during our stop over stay Thank you

the beds are very soft and the pillow are very hard. this is not the most comfortable combination. I had neck pain afterwards.

very friendly and helpful staff clean comfortable rooms with good shower easy to find and safe area and private parking. restaurants and great bakers close by
