Location couldn’t be better - so close to A75/A71. We always stay here on way back from our house in Spain to Calais EuroTunnel. Great facilities, friendly staff, huge gardens AND OUR DOG (very clean, very quiet & disabled) is very welcome - which is essential for us. Good selection of food at breakfast from 7am, which allows for an early start. This time we had an evening meal. Meals are pre-prepared by an outside supplier (& presumably microwaved) but they were of a good quality & avoided us having to go out to try to find a restaurant which allowed a dog.

Conveniently located for a 1 night stop on a long road trip. You'd think you'd have a view of the highway but that could've be further from the truth: the hotel is surrounded by lush grounds and you wake up to birdsong! It's like a quiet haven. The staff was kind and helpful. The room decoration is nice, with murals that look like the White Lotus intro 😄 The hotel structure does appear aging, but they did a very good job masking it. The room was neat as a pin, and the bathroom was well refreshed - complete with italian shower ! All exceptional for the price paid. Also the breakfast was good!

The only criticism I have - but it's not a problem - is that they do not have a proper restaurant (except for the breakfast buffet). Instead, they offer pre-made meals in glass jars that they heat up for you. We tried, and honestly not too bad. Not exceptional, but does the job.

We only stayed there one night as a quick stopover and the place was very nice and new and super clean. The staff were very friendly. It is hard to judge the location well as we had a car and did not really explore the area much, but the grounds of the hotel were very nice. It is off the road quite a but so it is nice and private and there is a river out back. It seems like the property owners are new so they may have a few hiccups but they were very accommodating.

I think the only thing we did not like much was the meal. We ate at the restaurant and it seemed like the food was pre-prepared.

Super friendly stuff!!! Location very close to highway, close to restaurants, but then in the middle of a park. We had a very nice walk in the morning. Breakfast is excellent (especially for French standards). Whole hotel is recently refurbished and looks very cool!!

The room was warm, AC was not working. We opened the windows, that was perfect (but in the room there was a letter not to open them during the night due mosquitoes, I guess we were lucky). If the would place mosquito screens in the window - that would be perfect!!!

Quiet location but very easy to get back on to the motorway system. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was open until 21.30 and offered a good breakfast from 7.00. The stay was made particularly pleasant by Deano who manned the reception desk and the restaurant. He is perceptive, intelligent and always professional. I would certainly stay at the Originals Boutique Orléans again and hope that Deano would be on duty.

Nothing

We splurged and had a suite, the same one we had last year (2023). A great feeling of space and a wonderful bathroom. We were returning to the UK from Spain and this was the perfect place to stop. As we arrived after the restaurant had closed, they prepared a platter of meats and cheeses for us, along with treats for the dog. Nothing was too much trouble. The terrace and gardens were great. It's a very special hotel.

We would have loved to have had breakfast on the terrace outside, but it wasn't possible.

Absolutely nothing. Was perfect

Very convenient location, just 0.5km off the Highway, but in a quiet setting on the banks of the Loire river. Plenty of safe and free parking. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold dishes. Staff very helpful. An excellent restaurant located 100m away in the same grounds as hotel (not part of hotel). A perfect spot to break the journey.

Very nice "boutique/independent" hotel. Decor is very Art Deco but tastefully done and it makes a nice change from bland walls in other hotels. Clean room with good aircon and modern bathroom. Separate toilet. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of things, including bacon and eggs. Reasonably priced breakfast. The hotel is just off a busy motorway and is set back from the road so is nice and quiet, with a garden. We had a lovely walk along the river side. Very helpful and pleasant staff and the room was quite large and very clean.

Not sure why the hotel staff are hung up about mosquitoes? We walked by the river on a very hot june day and didnt see any. Also didnt see any in the hotel itself but there were notices about them and the staff reminded us not to have the windows to the room open in the evening?

Location - Just off A71, but set back from main roads in wooded area on the banks of The Loire river. Pretty views from windows. Lovely garden area. Very quiet. Ample restaurants within walkable distance. Auchan petrol station nearby. Facilities - Modern decor and bathrooms. Large rooms. Comfortable beds (once asked for extra pillow). Good air con. Beer, wine and soft drinks can be purchased and taken in garden or breakfast room. Breakfast was very good. Good quality continental fare plus lovely scrambled eggs and bacon. An ideal stopover hotel when travelling through france, a bit different from the generic stopover hotels.

Fair warning is given not to open windows due to mosquitoes. But air con in our room was very good so not too much of a problem. Bit of an issue in the bathroom when showering in the morning as no extraction of steam so had to open window briefly. Could be a problem at night with light/ mosquito issue.
