Is a hotel with little apartments. Is always someone in reception or at least the time we get out and we come during the night. The staff was friendly all the time. The location is like 15 minutes walking to the downtown, but usually as a road trip lovers is really hard to get a place with parking options and this one is a good one, but always ask for it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite big. The breakfast was super good.

I will say nothing but the shower was weird, in some point to hot or to cold, but in the end everything was ok.

Bedding / Towels & kitchen with all you would need to prepare and make a meal. The doggy bag was a little different, I have never before had a treat bag for our dog 😊

The price point seemed good but when you add 2 x 15e a breakfasts plus 15e dog plus car parking and then the Tourist tax then the extras add up to a lot more than the Apartment rental ! No tea towel, why?

I used two different Appart'City apartments during a motorcycling trip through France in June 2024 (Valence and Orleans) and both were excellent. Originally booked the first one as our usual choice of Ibis hotels was thin on the ground and we were struggling to find an alternative with secure parking. However, the Appart'City delivered on all fronts - location, accommodation and value for money. Will use again without hesitation.

Pleased there was a mini kitchen with fridge and facilities to cook. Not expecting this. It was great for keeping food and drinks cold. Size of the room good and so was location.

Booked it because it said there was parking. Got there and told parking was full. The late email didn’t specify parking restrictions. Managed to find street parking but stressful with a camper van. Just a fan in the room and no air con.

We had two room apartment with small kitchen between two room. Ideal with kids. I think recently renovated, clean rooms. There was no airconditioning but each room had a ventilator. Friendly personeel. 10 minutes walking to the city center.

Googlemaps brings you to the front entrance which is not used. You need to go to the back entrance via small street at the back side. We spent about 10 minutes till we figured that out.

The fact that it was an apartment made it very comfortable, beds super nice. Missed having a bit of creamer for the coffee. The location is ok but a bit off from center, still nice walking distance from center. The accept pets which was very convenient.

Price high considering it didn't include breakfast, and there were no little extra details (shampoo, cream for coffee, etc)

Room and bathroom are of decent size. Have a functional kitchen is a plus. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here.

Parking was paid at the hotel but the space was pretty small and our appointed spot was between a wall and a tree. We have a pretty small car but it was still a very tight squeeze.

Great location just outside the main centre but with an easy and pleasant walk into the old town. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Secure parking on site. No frills but exactly what we needed for our two night stay

Very good mattrass of the bed. Also the sleeping couch was sufficiently comfortable for our kids (ages 12 and 17). The appartment was clean and silent (nr 5).

The breakfast was fairly basic/simple, especially compared to the breakfast from the Appart'City in La Rochelle where we stayed 2 weeks ago. Also, it's a shame they didn't offer any alternatives for people that are intolerant to gluten and lactose like my husband (there were good alternatives in Appart'City in La Rochelle). But all in all we enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Easy walking distance to centre ville and tram. Great cycle paths throughout the town. Only .8m from Loire riverbank.
