Located in a dreamy sleepy French-basque town with basic services, next to a beautiful river park area. The property is very scenic, overseeing the green area from every room/apt. We had a small kitchen and balcony with a bbq. The pool was open until late and the kids were able to swim and have fun after a day on the road. Pizzas available for takeout at the restaurant. The sofa bed for 2 kids is plenty! Bought milk, baguette, cookies and croissants at the walking-distance boulangerie for breakfast. Good priced 22kw car charger spots at the entrance. Plenty of space to walk the doggo and kick the football around.

Wish we had stayed for 1 week instead of just 1 night. There are mosquitoes, bring repellent.

The Place Is so beautiful. Walking around the "resort" feels like a fairytale. It is a quiet place in the middle of the nature. The apartment was clean,quite big and with a lovely terrace.

The only thing I found that was missing was a washing up liquid and a dishcloth. I went just for a night and I found difficult to do the dishes or cleaning the countertop.

Only stayed for a couple of nights but it is a good location from which to visit Bayonne and Biarritz. Ate at the restaurant the 1st night. Had the large steak sharer. It was OK but I've had better. Nice sized rooms

Beds were quite hard. No air-conditioning (which I knew about) but I would have expected a fan in the bedroom. Very hot at night.

Park is picturesque; small and well maintained. Very good location and well equipped apartment. Friendly staff.

We were a bit unlucky with repairs at the swimming pool, which was out of order during our stay. But certainly an accommodation to return to!

My family enjoyed the place a lot due to a wide range of facilities available ( a swimming pool, table tennis and Netflix). The location is quiet and a walking distance from a beautiful little village. You can park your car with ease and they accept pets. The apartment was clean and small but we only stayed for one night so that wasn`t a problem. However, if I had stayed for longer I would have chosen a 2 bedroom apartment for a family of four. Undoubtedly, a good value for money and a nice place to visit.
