NO brekfast supplied but I used refrigerator to keep my milk cool for my Jordans muesli yoghurt and fruit. M. Dabadain lent me a bicycle to explore Bayonne, only 10 minutes to old cbd. Beware if using google maps public transport as it sends you the long way thru private property and the farmer not happy. Use number 4 bus which is very close drop off, and will take from airport, train station. get Txic Txac card for bus all over the region and a great way to see the surrounding country, Sunday services are very limited.

The gardens, access to bicycles, friendly staff. A real gem of a place.

We had a bit of trouble finding it (we were on foot) but contacting Evelyn was easy and she was very helpful. The kitchen area in our apartment was ok, we suggest removing the sliding door and track just to make access a bit easier. Add a pool and it would be perfect 😁

It’s a beautiful property with amazing gardens The proprietor and staff are fabulous and bend over backwards to accommodate your requests. A little out of town - just a bit - but east access by bike and bus. The proprietor seems to be converting empty space for additional rooms which will likely be welcome. Recommend the ground floor units - slightly bigger and direct access to the beautiful garden

I was happy with my stay.

Lovely old house, still a work in progress with room conversions, but a lovely location within easy reach of Bayonne. Beautiful gardens, very quiet and peaceful, with a rural feel, despite being very close to main road and large commercial centre. The receptionist and the owner, M Dabidi, made us feel very welcome. We were in a small studio under the roof, with velux window. Well equipped kitchen area and nice shower room.

Mosquitos in the garden. (But it was hot, and to be expected.)

Amazing garden. The owners are really nice and helpful. Free parking. They also provide bicycles for free. It is close to a bus station which takes you to Bayonne and Biarritz.

The interior is a bit outdated

We stayed here on our way back to the UK with our dog. Ideally located on the outskirts of Bayonne in a peaceful setting. We stayed in a small well equipped studio within a beautiful old house. We were greeted by a charming man who spoke very little English but made himself understood in a helpful and very accommodating way. He showed us our room and went through everything from the heating to the microwave and shower. He really could not have been more welcoming. Our studio was attractively furnished and well equipped. There was a small sofa, table and chairs , a comfortable king size bed, a large wardrobe,TV and a shower room. The heating was excellent which was a bonus as we arrived on a cold ,wet day in December. The kitchen had a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery etc were provided . There was a Le clerc supermarket a couple of miles. We opted to eat in on our one night stay and managed ok with the cooking facilities even without an oven. The surrounding gardens were lovely even on a wet miserable day in December. Our dog was welcome and a reasonable10 euro charge was applied. Car parking was just behind the house. We would stay here again if we were in the area and would recommend.

Very clean and comfortable room. Though we lived on the ground floor, still it was very warm in the room. The garden is gorgeous! The owner is super friendly and nice, provided many recommendations about city and neighbourhood.

A very typical French small manor house set in lovely grounds. Very comfy bed and good facilities. We just used it as an overnight say whilst traveling through.

The grounds. and the gardens were well kept and beautiful. The location was quiet and the tranquillity was soothing.

The workspace in the kitchenet was small, but manageable.

Property comprised of a self catering unit, outside of the main house. You can sit outside outside of your self catering in the garden. Although we did not use the kitchen, it seems to have all you need to make your breakfast and dinner. Owner is very friendly and very helpful in guiding you to find good food and places to see and things to do. Will recommend and would like to stay when we are back in the Bayonne area of France.
