I loved the view from my room to the river. I could even here the river flowing. The hotel is excellent located, in Saint Esprit very near Grand Bayonne and Petit Bayonne too. The bed was comfy, pillows and blanket too. The room was cleaned every day, very well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They brought me a gluten free bread and madeleine every morning at the breakfest, there were a lot of other gluten free options too. It was nice I could have a cup of tea in the evening at the hotel lounge, it was free for guests to have a coffee or tea during the day. When I arrived, there was a weird noise in my room, like a clock ticking, and the staff arranged me right away a new room. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

The location is great, minutes on foot from the train station and the bus stop for the long distance buses. The hotel is just across the bridge from the heart of the city which makes it accessible but also a quieter base. The room was spacious and comfortable and the complimentary drinks in the cafe area a nice touch. I was given a room with views over the river which was delightful.

Hotel well located across the bridge from the old town and right next to the train station and parking. Spacious quiet room with a view, plenty of storage space, comfortable bed and working AC. Very good breakfast, as usual in an Ibis Styles. Relaxed atmosphere, coffee and tea available all day.

Bathroom door squeaked loudly when shutting. No sheer curtain.

Not quite the typical IBIS Styles because it's in an adapted old building, so no restaurant and a tiny bathroom. But the location and breakfast more than made up for these tiny inconveniences

Very narrow toilet space, and no work surface for a computer. Although the room had a lot of space, the electrical sockets were at the side of the bed and the small movable table could be located only at the foot of the bed to be near enough to the sockets. With no chair in the room, the only option was to sit on the bed. One of the strong points for the IBIS brand has always been, for me, a desk space for evening work.

Modern amenities in an old building was really cool! A/C & decorated to perfection! Located right on the Adour River & by the bridge into town with restaurants. Great location!

A little more expensive than the other hotels we were getting on our trip, but the included breakfast made up for it.

Room met expectations. Staff were helpful in finding restaurants. Location was convenient to train station, restaurants, and other sites of interests just over the bridge beside the hotel. Breakfast had an interesting machine that made juice from whole oranges.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel at first.

We've traveling for a weekend with our dog and it turned that Ibis Styles in Bayonne met all of our expectations and became the best complement that made our staying perfect. The staff is really friendly and nice, hotel is based just two minutes away from the city center and 150 meters from the railway station. The breakfast was delicious, while coffee and tea were available from 12:00 - 22:00 pm if needed.

It lived up to the usual Ibis standards of cleanliness. The staff were helpful, especially at breakfast where I was given some gluten free rolls and madeleines. There was also cheese and yoghurt suitable for coeliacs. The position was excellent for the rail station and buses, and we had help from Ibis staff to find the right bus stop.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. Good location for a short walk to city center.

The room was very small. It would be great for a couple. The tub side was so high there should be a grab bar to help with getting out.
