Stayed before, conveniently located near A63. Beds & bathroom clean, necessary wash liquid etc but could use a separate hand towel. Staff very nice, agreed to freeze my blocks overnight for freezer box. Very smiley and agreeable.

Once bath towel used, it’s wet to use for hands etc. Floor was dirty as I wiped spilled water with tissue and came back black. Shame, I do like Canpanile but this upset me. Also at breakfast, bread not covered with napkins and guests were handling bread with hands and putting back remaining piece for others. Not good higiene. I used a napkin to cut my piece from a new baguette and did not handle in consideration of others. Cheeses not replenished as not much left.

I have used Campanile hotels on many occasions. I noted that this outlet had received some low scores. I liked the easy access straight off the main road. The evening meal and breakfast were as good as any other Campanile hotels I have used which is good food at a fair price. I liked the newly appointed bathrooms and the welcome made by hotel reception. I always enjoy a 1/2 pitcher of Rose and this was no exception. I would certainly stay here again

The restaurant / reception area is very smart but the bedroom block is looking a little tired on the outside. This may put some prospective clients off however, my overall experience was very good.

Great all rounder hotel/motel. Good to park right outside room. Dog friendly ( but not in restaurant), did dinner, bed & breakfast option which was excellent value. Dinner we can highly recommend. Good breakfast. Just off motorway.

No hand towels, the towel rail was wobbly but looked like it was used as a support getting out of bathtub. Needed a handrail support. No plug, but got one from reception, plug hole cleaning had been missed but everywhere else very clean.

Secure Parking. Easy to find. Staff were very helpful. Food was very good and reasonably priced although not a huge choice but plenty for us. Great aircon. Clean rooms and given the location it was very quiet. If you are using this as a stop over before onward travel, I would suggest you take some time to explore the beautiful town of Bayonne.

First impressions with all the shutters closed it looked a little run down, however they served a purpose and helped keep the room cool.

Basic room but clean and functional. Location is near main road which will suit long-distance travellers. Exceptionally friendly reception team with excellent spoken English and 'nothing too much trouble' attitude. Food and drink at dinner locally cooked and way better than a 'motel' experience would have suggested. We stayed for 3 days and Bayonne town is just so nice to visit.

Good size room, pleasant staff spoke English, French and Spanish. Good onsite restaurant. Good location for the town and opposite a retail park with fuel McDonald's, American Diner, and a Noodle bar.

Situated on a very busy roundabout, so traffic noises could be a problem. There was a motorcycle show in Biarritz, so the roundabout was very busy with traffic from the show, probably not an issue normally.

Very clean, very convenient. Friendly staff. Great buffet continental breakfast. Pet friendly.

Although this was a return visit, I had forgotten how noisy the immediately adjacent road and roundabout was. Future visits will include earplugs. 😊

Stayed at this hotel on two occasions on my journey from Spain to UK via France. Good service and friendly staff. Room very comfortable and large. Good breakfast. My evening meal was a little difficult in translation, my 1st course was in a jar, my 2nd in a basket, saved by the dessert, good old fruit salad with cream and ice cream

Overall there was nothing in particular that I disliked

Great room in a great location just of the main travel network. Good parking, friendly staff and decent room facilities. Really lovely continental style breakfast.

it’s convenience to Bayonne and other cities near by.The staff were excellent , welcoming , helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was spotless and the buffet breakfast and buffet salad and evening meals were delicious compliments to the chef and kitchen team .

We felt the accommodation .ie the bedrooms would benefit from a makeover . The bed linen and towels were spotless but we felt the floor in the room was tacky and worn and when we first entered the room there was a damp smell . one of the members of staff came and washed some mould from around the window frame , it made it look better .
