Hotel has some beautiful features and is well designed, featuring some lovely prints and artefacts. Good bed linen and comfortable beds, excellent shower in bathroom with quality shower gel. Breakfast adequate some good produce however not always replenished without having to request when items no longer available. Upon request staff managed to get our room ready for us for 1.00 pm this was appreciated as we had been on the go for several hours and we were very tired.

It would have been nice to have been offered a cold drink of anything/water when we arrived as both exhausted and very hot following a plane and local bus journey . Although as previously stated the rooms do not have a fridge this would have been a bonus as it was very hot during our stay, however staff were accommodating when we learned we could request a carafe of cold water from the bar.

Clean modern hotel ten minutes walk from the railway station and a few minutes walk from the centre of the old city. The hotel is on a quiet street. Rooms are modern and good size, comfortable beds and big shower. Nicely decorated. Excellent air conditioning which was very quiet. Bayonne is a lovely city and well worth a visit. Don't miss the Cathedral. We would stay in this hotel again.

For a modern hotel the lighting was poor, (not withstanding the bulb in the toilet that didn't work for the whole of our stay, despite reporting it to reception) the other lights had been poorly thought out, they were decorative rather than functional. Some parts of the room were very dark. It needs some strip lights along the back of the TV unit/wardrobe and the bed.

Location is excellent, close to all town landmarks and train station, local bus stop 2 min walk from hotel (easy ride to Biarritz).Staff are helpful and knowledgeable with good English . Rooms are new and clean, air conditioning is very good ( we have been there on very hot days). Restaurant downstairs is on expensive side but good food and wines. Beautiful interior design.

Bathroom/ toilet roller door makes a lot of noise when opened and closed. It is also a see through mirror screen. So privacy and nighttime use are a challenge . Our room had 4 windows, 2 of which looking into courtyard with bright lights on at night, so need to really make sure all curtains are closed properly . Construction site next door, noisy during the day.

Perfect location: across the bridge from the train station, only a short walk from the historic center and close to the riverside where all the restaurants are. The room is spacious, freshly renovated and artistically designed. Spotlessly clean. Good-sized bathroom, perfect shower. Toilet separate from the bathroom.

Little storage space. Sliding door to the bathroom made of translucent mirror right next to the bed, so you can see the bathroom from the room and vice versa - a strange solution, given that the room is big enough to make a normal door on the hallway side.

Very well situated , in the city centre , in a quiet street ,near a bus station. Modern and clean hotel with good quality toilletries and beautiful furnitures. Staff helfull.

There is not fridge in the room and for now it's ok because it was a little bit cold weather but I don't now how we can deal with this in summer when it is warm and you want to drink fresh water ! The breakfast only untill 10 h and expensive. Not big variety in salted things to eat and they don't refill very quick. ! ( only 3 kind of cheese, 2 kind of ham , only boiled and scrabled eggs , and sausegees ) . Also only cherry tomato , no other vegetables ...

Great location in Petite Bayonne, short walk to train station and just across a bridge to Grand Bayonne (but the central part of the city is not large anyway). Exquisite interior design featuring art work, a very successful renovation of apparently an old building.

Not particularly welcoming upon arrival (close to noon), nobody at the reception. Then somebody overwhelmed with the job showed up and provided minimal courtesy, telling us that he was busy otherwise and did not have time to answer any questions. While a 3pm check-in time is not unusual, the lack of any welcome was remarkable. Maybe best not to appear before the official check-in time.

Met all our needs; very comfortable accommodation, great breakfast, secure bike storage with charging facilities. Central location, with lots of restaurants nearby.

We had booked a ‘Superior Room’, as we had stayed in one on holidays last year, but were allocated a ‘Comfort Room’ on arrival. When we queried it we were told that it was a ‘Superior Room’. We advised the receptionist that it was not, that we had stayed there the previous year, he looked up our previous booking and then changed our room. This type of ‘error’ is not acceptable, and we would advise anyone else to double check their accommodation standard. €60 more than the basic room, but we had to argue for it. Where we live this is called ‘Cute Hoorism’!

The location of this hotel is why we chose it and it really can't be beat. There is no parking but a public lot is a very short walk away and convenient. The shower pressure is amazing and the bathroom is spacious with good storage, which is often lacking in hotels.

The breakfast is overpriced and disappointing with limited offerings. The room is cozy, ours faced the street and it was noisy at times.

Fantastic location! The rooms are a nice size and the beds comfortable. There is a nice sauna room that can be reserved and used. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here and would definitely stay again.

It would have been great if the girl checking us in had given us all the information about the hotel. I found out later she was a trainee so I am guessing most people get the information at check-in.

The staff were lovely, the hotel looks great and the location is perfect. Quiet yet right at the edge of the center.

I was happy overall, although housekeeping did take my second key card which I had requested to charge some electronics. Not a big deal at all, just a warning for future travelers staying here. I did miss a fridge in my room to keep some drinks cool. It was very warm while I stayed here.
