Nice hotel, very friendly people at reception.

We had one evening meal there and were very disappointed with service. Took forever to get our drink order in, we felt ignored by Waiters walking past our table many times before finally asking what we wanted to drink. Drinks then didn't arrive before the food. Service was not hospitable, very cold, we were clearly a 'product' for the Waiters rather than welcome guests. Main courses were fine, my sons dessert was not. He did not like it, I tried a bite and thought it was terrible. We did not finish it. When mentioning it the waiter checked with the kitchen, the chef said it was fine. No reimbursement offered apart from a coffee. The coffee i had ordered and paid for after the meal was so ridiculously large that I had already left half of it so had to decline that.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and perfect for a stop over en route to other destinations with parking included. Dont use it if you wish to be in Bayonne old town as it is a little way out. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was served from early hours to pretty late on if you need a lie in. Basic well maintained rooms.

We arrived on a Sunday evening and were disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed so we were forced to walk to the local business park to get fast food burgers, not what we had hoped for. We went back to the hotel after only to find we couldnt even get an evening drink before bed as the bar was closed also. Didnt expect this to be the case in a hotel, left us feeling a lot of dissatisfaction where eating and drinking was concerned sadly.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, with good pillows and bedding. we had a desk, wardrobe and aircon, which was very quiet. It was quiet at night, even though the hotel is near the motorway. The bathroom is fine, not huge but adequate. There are lifts to the higher floors. Breakfast was very good and a good selection of food. There are restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away, nothing fancy, but fine if you didn't want to drive into town. There is parking onsite as well. The hotel restaurant was not open at night. The lady on the front desk was lovely and welcoming.

Perfect location for a trip to the south of Spain. Easy to find off the motorway. Staff all speak very good English but we try to speak French as we are in their county . Rooms great beds comfortable. Breakfast like an all you can eat diner. Car chargers on site. What’s more to ask they did great

Comfortable bed, good bathroom, great staff and enjoyable buffet breakfast. There is a good craft beer place near the hotel.

Location, a good 25 min walk to old town/train station. The hotel is more out if town in a complex of fast food and a couple of shops.

The hotel was very clean, very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Overall very good value for money. We only stayed one night on route to Spain it was perfect. We had a meal in the evening which was very very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our freinds travelling with us left their bag containing all their money and passports in the restaurant when we had breakfast and it was handed in to the reception by a member of staff, who in turn phoned them to let them know. We of course returned to the hotel and collected it.

Very conveniently located. Good parking. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who could not have been more welcoming. The breakfast is excellent value for money.

Cold corridors. However this may be to save electricity.

Super convenient off the motorway and the perfect place for a one night stop on our long drive from Switzerland to Portugal. Friendly staff, clean accommodation and air conditioning at the perfect temperature made our short stay impressionable. Plenty of private parking and although we didn’t use them personally were impressed with the number of electric charging stations available. Even with a bar/resto the rooms were quiet and our family of 5 (8mo, 3yr, 5yr) rested well and comfortably.

Our bathroom was a little small but it didn’t bother us. If 5 adults were staying in our room instead, it could’ve been a bit tight though!

Staff was very friendly and supportive Hotel very close to the highway and has Tesla Supercharger Clean room, perfect stay for an overnight

Walked the 1.2 miles to town centre, this was pleasant and second half by the river. Breakfast was good scrambled eggs but no bacon, otherwise good. The Room was very well sound insulated although motorway ran a short distance away.

Not so keen on the shower gel mixture.
