Great location, lovely hotel with interesting design features. The room was comfortable with a fantastic view. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit tired, so some parts looks a bit dirty, eg the flooring was very old. The shower area looked grubby, but mainly just needed new grouting and silicone. It was not good value for money, I would expect a higher standard of finish and better breakfast for 300 euros per night.

room was clean and tidy but a little on the small side, the bed was a little hard for my liking. It was very central, very good underground carpark. The staff are great and speak excellent English and will advise on things to do around Biarritz.

nothing to do with the hotel but be aware they close a lot of roads in peak season and also for events like running races and marches, it is full one one way streets and you could easily take upto an hour to get round them.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly & helpful . Hotel was very clean & had great housekeeping service. The adjacent restaurant was very good & the staff there were always so pleasant. The location in the attractive square was interesting- not noisy. 3 minutes walk to the beach & near shops & restaurants. The rooms are small, but that was ok for the 2 of us. Everything in the room & bathroom was well presented - nice decor. An attractive deck area at the front. A little gem for a reasonable price. Would like to return!

The location was perfect. It was really central and close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Room was lovely and clean - beds were large and comfy. The staff were fantastic and really friendly helping us out with recommendations and organising a taxi for our trip home. Would stay again!

Nothing, however a small fridge in the room to keep water cool would have been handy (this might be available in some of the upgraded rooms).

Everything! The hotel has been renovated, it is very clean and comfortable and most of all the service was OUTSTANDING! We were traveling with a baby and an elderly person using a mobility scooter, and the staff, in particular Loana, went above and beyond to take care of our every need, making our stay even more perfect!! There is a hotel restaurant downstairs so we could enjoy good food and drinks at our doorstep🥰

Staff pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Location is central to the main areas of interest in this lovely town. View from our balcony of the coast impressive. Eating options fully catered for. Cost of carpark very reasonable.

Room quite small, especially the ensuite, with minimum soundproofing. No parking or bag drop off for check in during busy traffic periods. I was concerned at the effectiveness of the Building Evacuation Plan in case of an emergency. Internet appeared limited/restricted for downloads. Probably value for money but only because area costs are relatively high.

The hotel is in an excellent location within view of the sea and in short walking distance of everything. On arrival, my room was upgraded to one with a small balcony which was much appreciated.

The breakfast offering was a little limited.

The location is superb. The hotel is located in a very beautiful square surrounded by cafés and restaurants (all of them cozy and welcoming). The staff is helpful and friendly. They offer a discount in a nearby parking that is located a few meters away from the main entrance, and that is indeed a plus. From the hotel you will be able to reach every interesting place in town.

The room was not the best they had to offer. It was kind of small but it was completely functional and clean.

Staff in the bar ignored us at breakfast and in the afternoon and evening and turned away when we wanted service. I had to go into the bar to order a coffee.
