This hotel went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and there were thoughtful touches like a personal welcome letter, a cute tote bag as a gift, and little guides about local dining and attractions. The design of the hotel is stylish and tasteful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The whole concept is crafted to make guests feel truly special. The room was perfect, and I believe I have been upgraded to one with a terrace. On top of that, the location is unbeatable—strategically situated in the heart of Biarritz, by the seaside, and just a short walk from all the city’s attractions. For the price, the quality and experience are exceptional. Thank you for making my stay so special and unforgettable <3

Everything exceeded my expectations.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were exceptional - special shoutout to Alex! The room was small but well designed and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to use the space downstairs to hang out and drink coffee in the morning even though we didn't have the breakfast at the hotel. Overall it was a very lovely experience and I will definitely be back!

The room was a little smaller than we would have liked but also it's a darling boutique hotel in the heart of Biarritz so we were happy to have a smaller room in a hotel that has so much more to offer!

The staff - SO NICE. Just so nice. The room is compact but detailed and neat. I stayed in a different building from the main reception, and was told it's a brand new (renovated, I suppose) so the staff walked with me to the room. What you will see in the room is a hand-written message card! Again, so nice! The bed was massive and super comfy. I'll defo come back!

Really wonderful in every respect. My only barrier to comfort was mosquitos who feasted on me my first and second night. In response, staff were kind and helpful, swapping my room and even sharing itch remedies—it’s just my bad luck that I was so allergic to these cruel and ravenous mosquitos, which made sleep impossible for a few days.

It was grand. The bed and bedding were delicious, the rooms well-designed, staff friendly and kind. I’m only sad I had to forfeit the bathtub for the mosquito-free room, but sleep, after all, is paramount!

Room not ready on time took 3 attempts to check in, no coffee pods in Annex so had to go to main hotel, same for any other requirements. Although we were very happy with being in a quieter location it isn’t like it is next door. Beautifully decorated and furnished bedroom and shower room but knees literally touch wall when on toilet.

We loved our stay! The loveliest staff, the most comfortable beds and pillows of our entire trip. The design of the room was beautiful. The little courtyard garden was so sweet. Loved all the thoughtful touches throughout, every guest touch point had been thought of, and as a designer and host of holiday properties, I really valued all of those touches. The breakfast was so nice too and we would definitely stay again if we return to Biarritz!!

As a couple we usually stay in hotels where there are larger bedrooms, swimming pools & gyms etc & being in a smaller hotel was an adjustment for us but meant that we were in the centre of Biarritz & 1 minute from the beach so really there was nothing in the end that we didn’t like about the property.

Staff were incredibly friendly. Exceptionally helpful and could not to more to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. They were very flexible with an early check in and later check out. The hotel had clean and simple designs, rooms well equipped, and beds super comfy. We will be returning and recommending this as a great place to stay with a great, almost seafront location. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this hotel including Fabian at front of house who were all wonderful.

The hotel is super well located, near a small beach in the old center of town, plenty restaurants and shops around. The staff is super friendly and made is feel special. There was even a personalised, hand-written welcome note on the bed. Not something you will get in a chain hotel. Super comfy bed, rain shower, powerful hair dryer. There is nothing to be faulted!

Still a bit overambitious to categorize it as a 4 star hotel, but potential, and a nice place to stay. We did not se any fire protection ( smoke detectors, sprinkler system) in the rooms. Small rooms, though nice, clean and practically furnished. A few of the employees in the reception seemed completely uninterested in the guests
