This property is up there for convenience, cleanliness and functionality. The owner has thought of practically everything, down to the wine bottle opener. Disregard any negative reviews about bathroom layouts. Shower facilities are in-room en suite style, separated by a dividing wall (no door), suitable for couples. Privacy not an issue. We booked 1st Floor apartment with balcony. Beautifully decorated. The seperate W.C in in the hall outside bedroom doors.

Lack of in room iron facilities. There are ironing facilities in the basement area but not in room. A simple bed-laid ironing board and iron in the room would've topped everything off.

Great location, host, and equipment in kitchen. Really quiet. As long as you're very mobile, stairswise it's a great place. The other apartment also had a metal spiral staircase.

Really scarey metal spiral staircase to bedrooms with no handrail. Hard to negotiate during the night to get to bathroom. Don't open windows as was bitten a lot by mosquitos, even when temperature was 14c.

A great appartement and location with very responsive team. The appartements are functional and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The ground floor appartement bedrooms were a bit cold and a bit of humidity but with the stand alone heater provided that was resolve very quickly!

Just the stairs require to go up and down slowly as they are metallic, but once you know you pay attention and it is all good

100 m. from the market, 15 min. from surf schools and surf spots. 2 TV sets, one in each room. Cleaning products were included, with kitchen towels.

It is the very city center which is good for partying so a bit noisy but expected. The apartment though would benefit from sound proofing from within (could hear peeps walking in the corridor, dogs barking) so the quality of your stay depends on how respectful the other residents are, which in our case was not always the case.

Great, very central location for a short or longer stay: one block away from a fabulous farmers market (7:30-14:00 every day), which is surrounded by bars and tappas restaurants. The beach and the coast line promenade are a 5 minute walk away. The nearest overnight parking (Parking Indigo Biarritz Halles Clemenceau/ 18 Euro for 24 hours) only 3 minutes, luggage drop off possible and short term parking on the street. Good size apartment, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with crisp linens, great shower and new towels. Very good value!

Perfect location. Around the corner from restos and bars, yes on a quiet street without noise. We stay in the 2 bed flat that had everything we needed and was spotless clean. The best… the amazing host who tried his best to make our stay comfortable and easy and this… is priceless.

The apartment was clean nice and cozy. It was value for money and the location was good as well.

Our room was in the ground floor and when people passed outside it was very noisy. In general I don’t think there was a lot of noise cancellation. Also when someone took a shower from the upper floor we had water in ours as well.

The owner was incredibly accomodating to assist a calm process throughout my stay. He was accessible and kind. The apartment was beautifully renovated with a very calm mood. Everything was provided for a very comfortable stay. The location is very central, close to everything you need, great cafes, restaurants, bars, grocery, markets and easy walks to the beaches. I will have no hesitation to stay here again and again, in fact the owner has multiple apartments that can service different requirements hence I will continue to stay with this owner for my future trips to Biarritz.

À very comfortable and well equipped apartment, ideally located in the neighborhood of Les Halles, a walking distance from the beach and other attractions . I stayed for business travel, but will surely comeback for holidays

Xavier was an excellent host and the location is amazing, right next to Les Halles in the center and all Biarritz beaches are walkable by foot.
