Charming hotel situated in the centre of Biarritz. We were made so welcome when we arrived at our hotel and nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful hotel inside and outside. Lovely reception rooms. Fabulous breakfasts in the morning. We were invited to a soirée on Saturday evening where we tasted local wines and produce from the area. The soft sweets on the counter and in the lounge were an added bonus! We loved this hotel for it's position, decor and lovely staff.

The hotel has a quiet and peaceful ambience and its furnishings evoke a shabby chic reminder of Edwardian elegance. The staff are always on hand and Camille was particularly helpful. Breakfast is well worth the money, the food provided being varied, in plentiful supply and a great start to the day! The location is excellent for the town’s attractions and the car park should you need one.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and was such great value for money (only 100 eur/night)! The room was recently renovated, sparkling clean and had way more amenities you normally get at 3 stars (a safety box, a kettle, a minibar, even a scale). The hotel is designed with a lot of thought and attention to detail and you can clearly see that the owner cares about it. The staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent and super fresh! Will definitely stay again.

The room could really benefit from a full-length mirror. Also just be aware that the nearest public parking is about 8 min walk uphill. So it's better to unload your suitcases near the hotel and then go to the parking.

Location was excellent......the staff were also excellent....courteous & professional....Mario ( from Italy )who looked after the breakfast did a great job.....

I had a room in the basement........which severely restricted my Internet access..........also it was on the cold side......."down there"....the water flow from my shower was very weak.......definitely not a power shower......

I booked this property for my mother for her birthday for one night as I was meeting her the next morning. I must say that they treated her exceptionally and her room was very comfortable. They even gave her some treats for her birthday🥰. She very much enjoyed her stay and I want to give a special thanks to all of the staff that helped her have a wonderful stay ❤️ Would definitely book again for the both of us if we visit Biarritz.

The staff were so friendly, outlining everything I needed to know about my stay. I was provided a map and instructions on how to get to the main sites. They held my luggage for me on departure so that I could go and explore. Close to beaches, restaurants and easy to walk around. I had a room on the bottom floor with a lovely terrace.

My room was a little dark and I was below the stairs so could be a little loud at night when people were returning home. There were also mosquitos so I had to keep the door closed (not the hotel's fault).

The room was charming, linens were crisp and clean and there was a window that opens, always a pleasure. The hotel is in a beautifully maintained grand old home with lovely and interesting interior decor. Breakfast was very comprehensive and beautifully presented. Everything is within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Great hotel. Interior was very interesting. Loved the breakfast area. They were kind enough to accommodate my kiwi allergy. Check in / check out was simple. Camille was delightful. Beds, linens and pillows were superb. Great AC if needed. Location was perfect for walking about. I expect we will be back some day soon.

The room was at demisol which meant only bery small windows which opened onto the front sidewalk. Very unusual for us, but totally my mistake for not reading the room description. Also room was under breakfast room so we were early up with the noise upstairs.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is well located. We had a delicious breakfast that we paid 14 euros per person for. It consisted of a savory and sweet buffet with good coffee. The hotel is well located and can be easily reached by bus from the airport. The hotel assisted to arrange a taxi to get us to the bus station as we left by bus. Remember to pre-book dinner. We struggled to get into the restaurant Bistro du Haou on the street corner of the hotel, but we ate good pizzas at Margaritas around the corner.

We had to carry suitcases down somewhat steep narrow spiral stairs.
