I liked everything, above all the professionalism and kindness of the host and hostess. They addressed all questions and concerns prior to my arrival, and maintained contact as I was lost in the city area. Moreover, they were willing to help me by providing information and assisting me as I prepared for my next destination.

I should have stayed a bit longer.

I really liked the couple who run the hotel. Extremely nice people. The hotel has a nice old school feel though the rooms are up to date. I had just previously had a bad AirBnB experience that reminded me that hotels are often worth the price. They have a 9 euro breakfast that is more and better value than if I went to a cafe. Be advised that there is no air conditioning but this is to be expected for this kind of hotel and price and southern Europe.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about this place.

The hosts were really Accommodating. I visited Biarritz alone to improve my French so they spoke to me ‘doucement’ and gave suggestions and advice whenever required. Really pleasant stay.

LOVELY people working there. Very friendly and very helpful. Room was stylish, clean and comfortable. En suites was small, but had everything you need.

In my room (first floor) I could hear people in other rooms, on the corridor and even buzzing in at street level (at night); very surprised by these acoustics, as my room was at the end of the my corridor (away from the stairs)! Not loud enough to impact sleep, so not a massive problem! (Other room we took on 2nd floor did not experience any of these issues.)

Pleasant stay, in a property according to me with an excellent location. The staff was very friendly, the room is quiet, the bathroom clean.

Check-in too late. Bed was not very comfortable.

Very welcoming staff. They helped us plan our day. We were able to leave our luggage there as we had arrived in the morning. The room was clean and simple

Fun historical hotel in a beautiful quiet and leafy area 3-mins from the beach!

Wish we had stayed longer!

Location of hotel was very central... Good bus services/connections for moving to new places... The staff were welcoming and the beds v comfortable.

The bathroom was v small....but it was good to have bathroom en suite...
