I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely exceptional – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Unfortunately, there were a few things that could be improved. Some items were broken, such as part of the shower, which made it difficult to use it fully. The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, though not loud enough to prevent us from sleeping.

We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased! The location is excellent — everything you need is within walking distance: shops, cafes, and attractions. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions. The room was very clean and cozy — you can tell that cleanliness is a top priority. The comfort level is outstanding — a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and attention to every detail. We would gladly stay here again🤗

Lovely Hotel. The location is amazing. the building itself has character and charm. such a refreshing change from a traditional cookie cutter hotel room. It was clean comfortable and romantic. Sylvie was AMAZING! so kind and helpful. She was warm, welcoming, gave us great tips and recommendations and truly helped make it an fabulous trip. BREAKFAST was unbelievable. Everything was so fresh, plentiful and delicious. We can't wait to go back. Thank you again 🥰

The location is optimal. 5 mins walking to the Grande Plage. The hotel is small, cozy and has tasteful decoration. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She assisted with local restaurant tips and was very helpful and understanding when I had a health issue. It’s also very quiet to sleep in, and the AC works very well.

Loved it. Beautiful spacious light airy room which had 3 large full height windows and balconies to each. Great location, handy for the beach and nightlife. Breakfast was varied with hot and cold options for 13 euros a night worth it if you like a big selection. Staff very helpful and friendly in suggesting places to eat and drink.

This is a beautiful small hotel in a great location. Easy to walk everywhere . Near Resturants,shops beach Exceptional breakfast. Everything we needed. Sylvie was a fantastic host and gave us so much information. The room was beautiful. Great comfortable bed. Shower was excellent. Great wrap around balcony. The decor of this hotel has been so well thought out. We loved it

Very large room with all the French charm - colorful, small balcony, very comfortable. We loved the beautiful winding staircase (but there's also an elevator). Easy 8-min walk to the Grande Plage & Casino location, a few min more into Old Town & endless sweet eateries, surfer shops & VIEWS. Biarritz is gorgeous.

Great location in a quiet street, yet still close to central ville. Spotlessly clean with charming decor, and the breakfast was fabulous..including hot items eg. bacon and eggs. Exceptional service and welcome from Sylvie...provided super helpful tips on what to see & do, and where to eat..providing a local perspective. Thank you Sylvie!

Nothing to dislike.

I was meat by Sylvie who was so helpful, she gave me directions to free parking a small walk to the hotel. This is a beautiful boutique style hotel with a lovely small lounge area, the rooms had everything they needed, very comfortable bed with plenty of wardrobe space for two. The bathroom had everything you needed with proper sized towels. So far in France I have not had a breakfast like it hot and cold food and pastries to die for and all made in house. I will be back with my wife as she will love it.

The staff was very kind, professional and welcoming. The breakfast was very good ! The rooms are very functional, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and clean. The beds are super comfy.

There was a strong humidity smell in our room. We didn’t say anything because we knew our stay was short but if we had stayed longer this would be a main issue because it is a very unpleasant odor. This is a common problem for buildings located near the sea so I’d recommend to check the ventilation and maybe use something stronger to dehumidify the rooms.
