Central and easy to get to town centre and beach. Hotel owner was lovely and helpful. Room was basic but clean and bed was comfortable. Decent sized towels and shower gel provided. Room cleaned every day. No aircon but a fan was provided. Breakfast was basic but fresh - selection of bread and pastries, cheese, jams, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. WiFi in rooms was good. I would recommend this hotel as a no frills but comfortable place to stay and would visit again.

I really liked the hotel. Tea and coffee facilities would be nice or a small fridge for water. Not a criticism at all.

Hotel Barnetche is an incredible place to stay for an incredible value. Our host, Hélèna, was incredible, great recomendations, and a perfect location in the city. I cant recommend this place enough. We booked an extra night just because we loved it so much. We will be back again!

Honestly, nothing, the stay was perfect.

The owner is very helpful. The location is in a quiet road but very close to the centre. Super comfortable bed and blackout shutters so I slept very well. I was travelling on my own and it felt a very safe place to stay as a single woman.

Very simple but great! The owner is lovely and very accommodating and welcoming; beds are very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Nice traditional French breakfast

No lift but stairs was good exercise!

I was very happy to see a floor fan in my room! It has been exceptionally hot this summer. I chose this place based off the reviews and happy to say I was not disappointed. It is close enough to the beach and activity; super close to the bus stop to San Sebastian; the lady in charge is very nice, helpful, and speaks English well; they do have a beach towel to use if you ask; and allow locked luggage storage.

Room was situation on the 3rd floor (no elevator), quite some noise from the street, no AC (but there was fan)

Very comfortable room and bed in a quiet but central location; bus to airport only 5 min walk.. Friendly staff; Very good breakfast ( extra). Very easy check in/ out. Would stay here again
