Amazing room with terrace! Bed extremely comfortable and sheets so soft! Staff really friendly, we didn’t get breakfast included as there are some really nice breakfast places nearby and if you want to save you can go to the many bakeries for a nice snack!! Location a direct road to the beach. Great value for money and we got to drink wine on the terrace. The only thing we had to triple check on was the toilet roll but the staff cleaned our room everyday very well. We will be back :)

It’s noisy as it’s on a main road but the traffic in Biarritz is not mad compared to other destinations. So it doesn’t interrupt the experience.

Super easy check in : we were very late due to traffic and arrived only after 10pm, messaging was easy to communicate and staff easy to accommodate with self check in. Very central location, very clean and amazing terrace/balcony where we could enjoy our very late take out dinner instead of eating burgers and fries in the room. Very clean and comfortable bed and pillows (and enough pillows per person, very important detail, we’re capricious enough to enjoy 2 pillows per person, so thanks!) Great value for price!

Very friendly welcome from young woman on reception who offered good advice on where to eat and highlighted where not to go. Beautifully presented room with spacious terrace. Good quality bedlinens and comfortable beds. Bathroom also good size. Enjoyed having spacious terrace to spread out.

Aware when booking that reviews suggested rooms were small, and did find that it was a bit tight for 3 adults. Had to push door to terrace closed, walk along narrow side of bed then open door onto terrace. Had to do this one person at a time. Very little space to get dressed in room, had to use bathroom.

The location is so central...beds comfortable and staff really helpful.. we booked a double and a triple...the triple was really big with a gorgeous terrace and proper coffee machine . The double was very comfortable, too. . Really nice small hotel . you can get breakfast there if you pay extra which is handy and there's coffee etc in a machine Dow stairs for 2.00. Would really recommend to stay here

nothing...check in was at 2pm and we had arrived early...we could leave our bags and they gave us a map and information so we could check out biarritz without getting lost.

The staff was graciously friendly even with the small language barrier. The Wi-Fi was great. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the air conditioner in the room worked wonderfully. The location was fantastic as many restaurants were close by and it was a short walk to the beach. If you are planning on traveling low key and want a pleasant place to stay that is no frills and no stress I would recommend Hotel Oxo.

We were aware that there was no elevator. This was not an issue for us but may be for others looking for a place to stay if stairs are difficult. There was staff on hand to carry your luggage and this was a pleasant surprise.

The Hotel Oxo, 100%🥂🍾 Location is perfect, 8 minutes walk to Center, or Casino and Promenade. Parkhouse right behind Hotel with a little park for dogs. Rooms are really nice and clean and had a kettle for a cuppa 👍. Staff extremely nice and helpful, especially Cynthia the Receptionist. It's a very dog friendly hotel👍 . Don't try the Thai Restaurant down the road, it must be hard to produce such un-authentic Thai food. Great dog friendly hotel 👍👍👍

Hotel was great location and good in many ways. We travelled with dog and it was very much appreciated that that caused no issues.

The room was small but you get what you pay for. It was fine for sleeping at end of day but no real room for hanging out. Space in prime Biarritz is at a premium.

The balcony was really nice. I had been solo travelling in hostels so it was a nice and refreshing stay. it was a really lovely town. Would deffo stay again!

There was nothing I didn't like. It was a bit expensive but that's just the price of biarritz.

Central location. Easy to walk to the seafront and down to the port. Good breakfast. Secure bike storage. Helpful receptionist. Quiet and comfortable room.
