Great size room and bathroom. Kitchenette had everything required. Location was perfect, just up the road from the main beach.

All rooms have a sofa bed instead of a double bed, this is not very comfortable at all and impossible to make as a double. Apartment had a funny smell which we couldn't get rid of.

Loved the location. Very handy for bus stops to and from airport and for exploring the local area. A 5 min walk to the beach and local shops if you need to pick up essentials. A slightly further walk of about 15 mins into the town which we enjoyed. Reception staff very helpful

My only criticism, and it is a very small one, was the fact that access to the apartment was not until 5pm. We had a very early flight from Edinburgh which meant we arrived at the accommodation at 11am. Our bags were placed in the storage room and we were told to go for a walk and they would let us know when our room was ready. Unfortunately they did not message us so we stayed out until 5. So either or room was not ready or they forgot. I appreciate access is not guaranteed until 5, but I certainly got the impression we would be given access well before then

We loved this place. We traveled (2 adults and 3 kids) to visit relatives in Biarritz, this location was perfect for us, it was close to the beach and close to our favorite spots, the location was super clean, well lighted, well ventilated, it had all the basic toiletries and cleaning supplies to get started, a fully stocked kitchen and it had a carrefour in walking distance to buy anything that we needed for breakfast, snacks and the occasional times we decided to stay home for lunch or dinner. Walking distance to shopping, dinning, churches, beaches, very safe street. Apartment had 2 tv’s and several walkout windows that went to a very comfortable garden. They have bikes if you need to use them, a spa that unfortunately we didn’t get to check because the kids wanted to be at the beach all the time. There is a cafe and a laundry room in the first floor. We loved it, we recommended it to friends and family and we will go back!!!!

Everything! We went with these apartments based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were perfect for a family and the location was ideal with a 5 min walk to the beach. Also included is a 1 hour session each day for the family in the private sauna/steam room. Even the underground parking was ideal at a very reasonable 12€ per day. We will definitely be back.

One small grumble was the correspondence, the email received for online check-in prior to arriving had no working links in it. I tried to check-in via the website but when I entered my email and received the code, I entered the code and nothing happened, it just kept looping to enter email and receive a new code. I tried this 4 times before I gave up. As I said, just a small grumble and something they should look at sorting out.

I arrived early and was delighted to find my room ready. Audrey is the perfect receptionist. Friendly and efficient in French and English. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a fantastic week. The location was excellent. Food shops, sea and restaurants all within a few moments walk. I would definitely stay again.

Only thing that would have made my stay even better would have been a balcony. Oh and if the people in the room above me hadn't been dragging furniture (on wooden floors) until 2 a.m on a couple of nights. I know, people are on holiday and not suggesting what time they go to bed but please consider people below you? So I would book a top floor next time ;-)

We loved the location, the space was very clean and beds beyond comfortable.

Lack of toiletries for our entire staying. We received one small shower gel for 3 persons, 4 days and when we requested more, the answer at the reception was that they cannot allocate more per room, quite dissapointing. Also, check în process îs way too Complicated, I received several emails, filled in the data via an webform and when got there, we did not receive the Code to enter the building, nor the instructions and we stayed roughly 15 minute for somebody to answer the iPhone written on the entry door.

The location was perfect for local shops and the centre and the beach.

The settee in the living area was uncomfortable to sit on during the evening. There were no instructions for the microwave oven and I couldn’t really reach it to use it.

Our stay was very pleasant. We like everything: the studio (the bed, the kitchen, the bath, the cleanliness, the quietness). The staff was very polite, the location is great as well. Plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants in very close distance, the beach is very close too.
