We were fortunate to have stayed in this typically French and unassuming hotel. We received a warm welcome and were given accurate,useful information about places to visit and restaurants- this was very helpful.The room was bright, clean and well-maintained. For our day at the beach the hotel gave us beach parasol to use. The breakfast on offer was varied and sufficient. It was lovely to sit out on the terrace. We had a super time in Biarritz mainly because of our hotel and the helpful staff.

No aircon but the hotel provide us a fan ! They plan to install aircon for next year.

Very good location (walking distance to the center, but on a quiet street with enough public free parking), the room size, fridge in the room, public microwave - all great! Also beautiful interiors in the common spaces

The room perfume was wayyyy too strong for me (nice smell but VR very strong), the WiFi was spotty, the floors and doors overall were super noisy, but overall a nice stay! Also a bummer was that the outside patio was closed which I had been looking forward to due to the exceptionally nice weather

- Perfect location in a quiet area - Only 500m from the main beach, expensive 5 star hotels and the Goyard luxury bag shop - Convenient free parking on the street where the hotel is located (but you need to be lucky to get the spot)

- Someone may need a lift, but we were fine and did not really need it, although we were with a toddler. But the atmosphere of this hotel is perfect

Very nice ambiance, really nicely decorated with all kinds of lovely details. Clean. It smelled really fresh and nice throughout the hotel. Bathroom/shower was spacious, the bed was really comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I stayed at the hotel for one afternoon/night only, but wished I could've stayed a bit longer. Didn't took the breakfast, so don't know if it was as good as the rest of the hotel. :-)

If you like Belle Epoque style and the places with a soul, this hotel is for you. We liked everything, fantastic location, old French villa in the garden, helpful and friendly staff and fabulous Biarritz. My husband and I were delighted. Recommended

Is this a 5 star hotel? No it's a lovely 3 star...so you know what to expect. Is it a beautiful period quaint building? Yes it is. Is it convenient to get about? Yes it is ...in a very nice area of Biarritz only 10 minutes walk from the Gran Plage. Are the staff helpful? Yes Aurelie couldn't have been more helpful and kind.

Location quiet but close enough to beaches. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was a bit basic for the price (compared with our hotel in Bordeaux). Not a problem for us but there were a lot of steps to get up to the front door. Decor rather dark for our taste.

This establishment was very well located, about a 10 minute walk to the shore. We had a very comfortable room with an adjoining large balcony. The area was quiet and safe.

Antique property but well remodeled inside. Parking is spotty near the hotel. We paid 18€ for a parking space at the hotel.

A coat of pain the main areas is deserved
