The view was outstanding. Great view of the Grande Plage - waking up to the sound of waves crashing on to the beach was lovely. Bed, TV and shower were all good and the place was clean. Staff were patient with my rudimentary French and very helpful.

Could have done with more power sockets - especially at the kitchen. There were only two so it meant I had to keep swapping out plugs. The shower was good but a bit unclear on how to get the water coming from overhead. All minor quibbles.

Really good location. Decent sized apartment . We had a little balcony too. Excellent views. Car park was a bonus.

There's no emergency contact information. So you can't contact them on Sunday. And we didn't know where to leave the key as we were leaving early Monday morning before reception opened. Tried emailing ,calling with no luck. It would be good to have some information on where to leave the keys on checkout if reception isn't available.

The location is brilliant. Room size is great. We hadd a sea view suite with balcony. Centre of grande plage near shops and restaurants. 5 star location. Very good value. Anything else this size and location costs 2 or 3 times more.

Noise from lift. Building is in need of a good clean , tidy and refurbishment. Everything works it just looks a bit tired. 3 star hotel standard

The sea view, nicely laid out apartment, good range of cutlery. Was easy to arrive after hours. The location is super being near the town and the seafront. Good value for money.

Nothing to dislike.

The staff was really friendly, the location is amazing and the sea view incredible. Couldn’t ask for more ! We enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend it

The building seems old and I think it needs a bit of maintenance but nothing serious

Location was ideal, restaurants, beaches and friendly people and staff, good size apartment, with adequate facilities.

Room was hot over night and if window opened it got noisy with cars and revellers. Would probably go for sea view next time.

Old building, worn-out flooring in the hallways, doors to the rooms should be replaced Showerheads with lime and rust deposits No kitchen towels

The location is fantastic just across the road from the Grande Plage

There were works being done in the building and only 2/3 elevators were working for 12 floors, so sometimes waiting time was "long"

Location superb .. apartment was perfect for our stay .. staff are lovely.. professional, competent and really helpful ... facilities excellent ...really quick WiFi. ..lovely pool .. reception area with library etc. .

Not much to sat really ... some street noise as left windows open... but wasn't a major issue ... sorry could not stay longer !

Fantastic ocean views with the roar or the surf. The apartment was very well sited for all the beaches, shops and restaurants in central Biarritz.

The apartment wasn't large nor was it generously equipped. This is fine if all you need is a place to base yourself and crash out in Biarritz. Overlooking the main beach promenade, it was a little noisy at night from some revellers (the roar of the surf helped to reduce this though)
