This is an example of a very good very simple basic hotel. The room was simple but very comfortable with adequate amenities. They had quite a nice breakfast. Communication was excellent and the were kind enough to let me use the single car garage that they have for 20 euros. The staff was extremely helpful and the location couldn’t be better; right next to Les Halle’s market and a quick walk to the beach and dozens of little restaurants and bars

Because it was locked off from cars because of construction, it was a little hard to get to by car.

The employees were professional, kind and communicative. They knew english and spanish. The facilities were in correct conditions. And the most important thing. The hotel is just 10 m away from the bus 32 station, which after a long travel, is highly appreciated. At night, for about 10 minutes the lights of the floor went off. They instantly repaired it.

Just to say something to take into account the TV was kind of old, so there is no possibility of watching Netflix, Prime Video, HBO etc... Either way, i dont think that this factor is relevant in a travel destination.

We arrived by train and needed one night before our apartment was ready. The location for arrival by train is very convenient. The comfort double room suited us perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave luggage until check in time. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the room was small. If I needed to stay longer I would book one of the superior rooms with more space.

The rooms were pleasantly decorated, beds comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was just opposite the station, and a bus stop giving access to other resorts along the coast.

One of our rooms was on the front of the building. When you opened the window it was a little noisy. We also felt the optional breakfast was a little expensive for what it was, and decided not to take it.

Very convenient location - opposite the train station, and 2 minute walk from historic village centre. Modern bathroom fittings. Spacious bedroom -room for 2 people plus luggage. Appreciated the elevator. Friendly staff, who spoke good English. appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities.

No negatives.

The hotel staff were very friendly, location is fantastic - parking nearby and only a short walk to the centre and the beach. The room was a good size and comfortable.

The air-con seemed to be auto set up and came on very early in the morning and very cold! So was woken up unexpectedly and had to work out how to turn it off.

Great location, free parking, lovely reception staff, very comfy bed. Compact room but perfectly fine for a good night’s sleep.

The shower holder didn’t work so had to hold the shower head. There was plenty of hot water tho. The wardrobe door was temperamental! No milk for room tea or coffee.

Great location near the train station. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was terrific. The manager took great care of us and was very attentive to our needs! We were riding our bicycles from Bordeaux to San Sebastian and took a couple nights in St Jean de Luz. Very fun little town in the Cote Basque. We werent on a "lounge around the pool" kinda vacation and this hotel worked perfectly for us!

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. High standard of cleanliness. Room met all essentiel criteria. Breakfast plentiful, good coffee. On duty desk staff 24/7- very good.
