I know it’s a budget hotel, albeit not particularly cheap, but a kettle in the room wouldn’t break the bank and would make a big difference. A little less over priced for the room facilities.

Location ideal for short stay in town. Good parking. Easy to walk everywhere. Bar does pizzas and other simple food at all times of day.

Very expensive for an Ibis. Not very dog friendly. First Ibis I have stayed in where dog could not come to breakfast, so we had to go to breakfast elsewhere.

Rooms clean, modern and comfortable. Free parking at the hotel but also plenty of spaces in front of the hotel on the street.

Short walk back over the bridge from Saint Jean de Luz but a little dark in places although it felt quite safe

Quiet and safe location. Clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Pleasant 5 minutes walk to train station, and another 5 minutes into town and beach. Good breakfast.

The room was nice and good size, parking was free and locked.

There were trains passing by nearby which you could hear from your window (luckily not too frequent) and the bathroom was all plastic, so it gave a feel of a very cheep place even though the size was good.

A wonderful welcome by very pleasant staff. Immaculately clean, very comfortable bed. Super breakfast, well tended by conscientious staff, checking everything was just how it should be. Great choice of food and drinks. Good value for money.

It’s clean, well organised and close to the city center, I could do good use of the private parking.

There is almost nothing around, so if you need something, especially after 7.30 PM you need to walk to the city center, 10 good min

Rooms are a little small

Short walk into town. Secure parking free with booking. Helpful staff. Clean and comfy. Can walk into town for breakfast as checkout not till 12.

The Ibis is a budget hotel and, understandably concentrates on the basics. Thus the bedroom was clean, bright and airy but lacked wardrobe and cupboard space. The bathroom too was clean but very small - as were the towels. That said we enjoyed a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
